“Just a few points, the cleanliness of the property although clean, could do with a 'deep clean' as there were thick spider webs hanging in bathroom and thick dust on TV unit and bedroom furniture, skirting boards etc.”

We had an issue with the heating at the property in the first instance, as some of the radiators would not heat up, but I called head office and a plumber was sent to look at these the next day and the heating was resumed to all radiators (very happy with the service we received) although the heating could be intermittent we just worked around this. We had an issue with the heating at the property in the first instance, as some of the radiators would not heat up, but I called head office and a plumber was sent to look at these the next day and the heating was resumed to all radiators (very happy with the service we received) although the heating could be intermittent we just worked around this. The WiFi/Broadband at the property which was advertised did not work at all, we had no internet the whole holiday, which I had reported and was told it could be temperamental if raining, which it was at times, I believe the password was the issue as we all had same message 'authorisation code failure', might be worth checking if password is actually correct. The public walking path, which we had wanted to use to take dog walking, was not able to be used as the gate was locked so we could not gain access, we were disappointed, as this was one of the reasons we had chosen it so we could take dog walking. Finally although cottage is ground floor level, each level, kitchen to lounge, has a step down to it and then from lounge to bathroom you have a step down, then from bedroom to bathroom etc, it would not be suitable for disabled access, my older parents did struggle with the steps esp in there bedroom to en-suite as it was a high step, it might be worth advising this as we required all one level and it did not state about the steps. We did have a lovely time and cottage is beautifully decorated, these are just a few issues we wanted to raise for future.
