We are arranging for the sensor to be adjusted so that the light comes on sooner and provides better visibility at the bottom of the stairs. The sea is something we never tire of either, and we're so pleased it helped make your stay special. This beautiful building is over 200 years old, and we've tried to retain as much of its original charm and character as possible. As is often the case with historic properties, some of the floors are a little uneven, which reflects the building's age and heritage. We are sorry that the usual welcome items, such as the bin bag, sponge and tea towel, were not available when you arrived. We appreciate this would have been disappointing and will ensure this feedback is shared with the relevant team. As a self-catering property, we do not provide consumable items such as salt, pepper or kitchen roll. Thank you again for your comments.
