The property

The Lobster Pot is located in the ever popular 'Maltings' development in Weymouth.

This location is a firm favourite with holidaymakers due to its quiet, residential location whilst still being close to the harbour, beach and town.

Less than 5 minutes’ walk is the popular Brewers Quay area with restaurants, bistros and a pub, along with the pretty old harbourside.

This lovingly style house welcomes you with open arms and invites you to snuggle on the sofa with a good book, take your time over dinner in the bright conservatory and create tasty meals in the well-equipped kitchen.

Sitting in an elevated position accessed along a slight incline, steps lead up to the entrance.

Painted a pretty blue, The Lobster Pot is a lovely seaside cottage with the benefit of a garden and parking.

Only three minutes away from this cottage is the coast at Newton's Cove where children will love exploring rock pools and everyone can enjoy walks along the footpaths of the The Nothe enjoying sea views, mature trees and cheeky squirrels.

Weymouth beach with its Georgian sea front and soft golden sands is a mere 15 minutes' walk along the harbour from The Lobster Pot where you can view an array of luxury cruisers gently washing against the harbour wall being wiggling your toes in the golden sands and shallows waters of Weymouth’s award-winning beach.

Venturing further afield you will find Lulworth Cove, Durdle Door, County town of Dorchester and Portland Bill lighthouse are all within a 30 minute drive. This lovely terraced cottage would suit a couple for a seaside retreat or a young family seeking seaside adventures.
