“We booked a little last minute and after a 12 hour drive down to Dorset from Scotland we were grateful for a comfy bed!”
The apartment was well appointed and modern, and very comfortable. We had everything we needed and having a washing machine was great. The location is good, close to the harbour and just across from the beachfront and perfect for a few days away. Yes it’s up three flights of stairs but they are carpeted and well lit. The car parking is a massive bonus, just be aware of restrictions for pedestrians if you want to go out between 10am-5pm, personally we didn’t have an issue. Lots of little ...

Lots of little cafes, restaurants and bars nearby if you don’t want to cook and
lots to see and do. Good communication from the rental company and the lovely welcome pack with local produce was a really nice touch.
The apartment was clean, my only criticism it is the same with all rentals, in that the skirting boards and table lampshades always get missed when dusting or vacuuming, thankfully, Henry was on hand.
Would definitely recommend.
Many thanks for your wonderful feedback, and glad that you enjoyed staying at "The Loft @36", and pleased that you found the bed comfy after your long journey, and you found everything you needed for your stay. Glad you enjoyed the Welcome Hamper, this is a new local company that we are working with that source all local products, and even provide a pint of milk from a local diary, in a glass bottle. One bit of your feedback that I did find a bit confusing, and could confuse others, is about the restrictions between 10am and 5pm. The car park is accessible 24 hours a day the entrance onto New Street , which is two way, has no restrictions, if you come out of the carpark, and turn right, you can go up New Street, coming out on The Esplanade. During the day you cannot turn left, as New Street runs into St. Albans Street (Flag Street), which is pedestrian only from 10.00amd to 5.00pm. But the car-park is accessible 24 hours per day. Again thank you for your wonderful comments and glad you enjoyed your stay.
