The property

Set in Greenhill, on the ground floor of a converted seafront hotel, Seascape is located in one of the most desirable spots in Weymouth.

Often, during the summer there are free open-air recitals, or a local band playing in the bandstand. The walk into the Weymouth's town centre is a pleasant ten-minute stroll along the esplanade, here you will find a good variety of shops as well as pubs and restaurants.

The Lodmoor Country Park is a leisurely five-minute walk away and the perfect spot to picnic, visit the play park, cycle or explore the footpaths.

The Sealife Centre is adjacent along with a cafe, restaurant, giant slides and go karts.

It’s a short 10-15-minute stroll from Greenhill into Weymouth main town centre, where you can find local independent shops tucked away in the side streets, surrounded by many high street favourites.
