“Even though it is in the country on a narrow country road, it can get very busy, and you can hear the traffic noise early in the morning (if you are in the front bedroom) as people use it as a cut through to go to work.”

A telephone pylon base comes right in the middle of the garden. We found the owners next door helpful but very distracted (probably busy) and were difficult to get hold of sometimes. Very comfortable inside. Downstairs toilet which is extremely handy. Took us a while to work out how the TV worked even with the instructions! You may publish this feedback if you like, but it's immaterial to us.
