Sitting proudly on the harbourside in Weymouth is The Beach House, a spacious five storey property, recently renovated to a very high standard. The excellent views from the front of the property span across the harbour and out to sea, taking in the moored luxury yachts and fisherman's boats. Guests who visit The Beach House can look forward to the highlights of their visit; relaxing in the lounge whilst taking in the panoramic views from the bay window, sleeping in the boutique hotel style bedrooms and sipping a cool drink on the top balcony, high above the harbour. Each of the five bedrooms at The Beach House is named after a local beach, with Lulworth being the master bedroom and boasting views from its bay window and Greenhill having its own balcony and wonderful harbour views. The ground floor is dedicated to a games area, private parking and a small patio. The first floor has a sociable kitchen / diner with back balcony and a spacious front lounge with bay window and views. Guests could spend a whole day watching the toing and froing of the boats passing through the town bridge which rises and falls regularly to let them in and out of the inner harbour, but with so much on the door step it's time to explore! Weymouth's long and sandy beach is just a minute's stroll away and following the shoreline you can reach Overcombe beach in around 30 minutes, strolling along the beach you'll pass the fine sand perfect for castles which changes along the beach to pebbles at the end of the bay. The property is two minutes' walk from the Alexandra Gardens, home to fun fair rides and amusements and the vibrant Pavilion Theatre which hosts a great range of shows, musicals and events. The town centre just a few moments' walk away has a good selection of high street names, lanes with quirky boutiques and great dining choices, from cuisine gathered from around the world to traditional fish and chips. For guests looking for a luxurious holiday home with harbour views and private parking in Weymouth, The Beach House is an excellent choice.
Accommodation: Ground floor Garage with parking for 4 small /mediam cars(size restriction of 2.5m high x 2.9m wide) in tandem, plus games area with table tennis and darts leading to patio garden. Utility area. Patio area with table and chairs, (accessed either through the garage or via external stairs from dining room).
Stairs from front door to first floor: Lounge with large bay window and harbour views. Kitchen / diner with two steps up from kitchen area to dining area, patio doors to small patio with table and chairs. Utility room with washer/dryer. Cloakroom, toilet and hand basin.
Stairs to second floor: Bedroom 1, `Lulworth', kingsize double bed with bay window over looking harbour. En suite free standing bath with rinse attachment, hand basin and toilet. Bedroom 2, `Osmington', kingsize double bed, balcony to the rear. Family shower room with large double size shower, hand basin and toilet.
Stairs to third floor: Bedroom 3, `Greenhill', kingsize double bed with balcony and harbour views. Bedroom 4, `Sandsfoot' Bedroom, twin single beds with patio doors with rear balcony. Bathroom with bath, separate shower, hand basin and toilet.
Stairs to fourth floor: Open plan from stairs, lounge/seating area, TV low sofa and bistro table and chairs, balcony with views. Bedroom 5, `Bowleaze', Kingsize double bed, Small study area, patio doors to balcony and see glimpses. En suite shower room, hand basin and toilet.

The owners of The Beach House require a £500 refundable security deposit payable on booking. Subject to a satisfactory check out after your departure this will be refunded within 10 days. Please note that if you are booking online within eight weeks of your holiday date the refundable security deposit will need to be taken in a separate transaction from your online booking and we shall ring / email you regarding this.
