Offering guests an off-road parking space for one car, park up right outside the property and head inside to discover your quaint home-from-home.

Enter into a modest yet convenient porch area, leading into the sitting room where you can settle down with a good book for some quiet time after a day of family fun, or catch up on your favourite TV shows with your loved ones close by as you sink into one of the stylish leather sofas.

Head through into the kitchen/diner where you can find every essential needed to rustle up a tasty meal for all to enjoy at the dining table, the perfect social spot when you’re not out exploring the delicious waterside eateries of the local town.

Venture up the spiral staircase to the first floor to be greeted by the three inviting bedrooms; the master, consisting of a double with a bright and airy yellow interior, and two single rooms, one with a blue and one with a pink interior, making a lovely layout for a family of four to catch up on their rest.

Serving the bedrooms is a bathroom boasting both a walk-in shower and a bath, so you can choose how best to prepare for your day.

For all of your local amenities take a short stroll from the front door to be greeted by range of wonders; whether you’re seeking the simplicity of a local shop to gather up any last-minute ingredients or seafood restaurants serving all kinds of tasty treats, you can find everything to cater for your culinary requirements within walking distance.

Also in the town centre are a range of family-friendly attractions; spend a day at the SEA LIFE Centre discovering wonderful marine life such as sharks, fish, turtles and more, or get up close to the creatures for yourself by exploring the rockpools amongst the golden sands of the beach.

Spend family time together crabbing in the inner harbour followed by some traditional fish and chips, or explore the Georgian esplanade, lining the award-winning beach with its range of shops, eateries and attractions, making a pleasant way to while away the hours.
