“My wife and I have stayed at Outlook Lodge for three years in succession now, always in May around our wedding anniversary, and for us the location is ideal for a relaxing and peaceful holiday.”
Being retired but still busy people all year round, the seclusion and just the right amount of privacy we have experienced at the Lodge makes for the perfect relaxing break. Each year the weather has been great allowing us to opt for spending the days in the garden sunbathing and the evenings strolling on the beach or countryside, or we can choose to visit any number of the many attractions in Weymouth or elsewhere in Dorset,
Reading thro’ the visitors book, we note that many other folk are of the same opinion, and return each each year to this lovely place.
The first year we stayed here the Lodge was virtually brand new and we loved it’s modern layout, facilities and homely ‘seaside’ decor
which are a testament to Dan and Lara’s hard work and care they have put into making the Lodge a great holiday home from home. and that care is really appreciated.
As a holiday home we can find little that could be improved or changed, however, Dan and Lara asked for our comments or observations and so with a view to being of help we would suggest the addition of eggcups for our boiled egg breakfast
(yeah, I know it’s picky !) and also we noticed the patio windows were in need of cleaning inside,
( likely overlooked this time as never been noticed before).
We have already booked for 2020 and look forward to seeing Dan and Lara again, God willing.
