“Went to your office during our stay and was disappointed that we were unable to make a provisional booking for next year.”

    Told we had to

Told we had to phone sykes . When we phoned sykes we were told that provisional bookings were no longer available, so we had to make a firm booking paying the deposit for next year a lot earlier than in previous years.
