The property

Pointers View is a very stylish and spacious apartment located in a gated development of fashionable apartments, mews and town houses of Admiral’s Quarter.

Situated on the upper ground floor, the apartment benefits from partial sea views from the sitting room, through the trees towards Newton's Cove. Touches of luxury with solid wood floors, granite worktops in the kitchen and high-quality furnishings are throughout the apartment.

The sitting room/diner has patio doors displaying the beautiful scenery of the cove, perfect to enjoy an evening drink after a day sightseeing.

The property has a well-equipped, modern kitchen and comfortable bedrooms to relax and rest for another day ahead along with a stylish shower room.

With patio doors leading from the sitting room, you may enjoy a small patio and the communal gardens. Newtons Cove is just a stone's throw from the property, sit on a bench here and admire the boats in the bay whilst taking in the rays from the summer sun.

Nothe Gardens backs onto the property, with large open grassed areas, trees and attractive walks it is just the spot for a picnic or afternoon stroll.

A short stroll down from the apartment takes you to the attractive Hope Square, where you have a choice of dining opportunities, many with outside areas for an alfresco option during the day.

Through Hope Square is the lovely old harbour side with luxury yachts and the busy fishing boats, offering a colourful and active scene to enjoy.

Going over the town bridge, that still lifts throughout the day to let boats in and out, is the town centre which presents you a choice of well-known high street brands as well as quaint petite lanes that are home to some individual, local shops.

The main beach with its golden sand and shallow waters is also over the bridge. Whether it be the summer sun that draws you in, or the autumnal colours of the trees, Pointers View is placed in a wonderful location.
