“Overall a nice house that's been nicely decorated and modernised.”

Rear car park gate lock badly needs greasing as does the lock on the utility room.

Inside the property, you will be welcomed into the spacious hallway with doors leading to the dining room, featuring a grand table, chairs and sofa where you can sit and plan your holiday itinerary, before heading into the well equipped kitchen and taking a seat at the breakfast bar whilst the designated chef of the group prepares home cooked meals.

Enjoy nights in in front of the television in either the first floor snug or the sitting room before retiring for the night to one of the well-presented bedrooms; a family room on the ground floor housing a double and a single bed, a king on the first floor, a king on the second floor, a family room with a double and single bed on the second floor and two twin rooms on the third.

The 3 bedrooms on the first and second floor all benefit from en-suite shower rooms, with the twin rooms having an adjoining basin and WC.

There’s also a family bathroom on the second floor, a shower room next to the first floor snug room and a shower room just outside the downstairs bedroom door.

Guests will also benefit from a delightful courtyard with garden furniture, perfect for escaping from the group to enjoy a morning coffee in the fresh sea air.

Step out the front door and in just a few moments you will reach Weymouth’s beautiful golden sandy beach, brimming with traditional seaside charm and hosting a wealth of family attractions such as Punch and Judy Shows, donkey rides and amusement arcades, sure to keep the whole family entertained.

The attractive esplanade runs parallel to the water’s front and has many cafés, bars and restaurants to choose from, and the town centre has high street shops and independent boutiques to discover and while away the hours searching for that special keepsake to take home.
