The property

Seaside house is a large elegant end of terrace Georgian Townhouse in an enviable location just a few minutes' walk from the seafront in Weymouth.

Having been carefully renovated by the current owners Seaside House boasts a contemporary kitchen with high specification appliances.

The property sleeps up to eleven people, so is great for big family gatherings or holidays with group of friends. The property benefits from six bath / shower rooms and three reception rooms.

Rooms on the first three floors are spacious with high ceilings giving an air of Georgian splendour.

On the ground floor you will find games room with mini snooker table, table football, a lot of games for different ages of the party to choose from as well as a single day sofa-bed to relax.

Step out the front door and in less than one-minute stroll you will reach Weymouth's famous long and sandy beach with shallow waters which entice bathers and those just wishing to dip their toes in the refreshing water.

The beach has a traditional feel with donkey rides and Punch and Judy shows.

The town is adjacent to the beach and has a good selection of well-known high street brands and little lanes housing charming independent shops.

Eating out in Weymouth is a pleasure and encompasses choices such as fine harbourside dining featuring freshly dived scallops and local seafood to fish and chips enjoyed on the harbourside with the gulls circling and signalling vociferously their interest in sharing your meal.

Discovering other gems in South Dorset is an easy ride away and you may wish to visit Charmouth to fossil hunt or Abbotsbury to see the famous swans in the Swannery.

A short drive are famous Durdle Door arc and Lulworth cove which would make a great day out with all family. Seaside House is a perfect location with generously appointed accommodation for a larger family party or friends wishing to holiday together.
