Dream Cottages’ partially managed services sit nicely in between the self-managed option and the fully managed holiday letting option when holiday letting your property.

Partial management allows you to take a backseat on things you may not have time for whilst staying in control of the things you want to take care of yourself.

This happy medium option comes with professional photography, full marketing and booking facility.  You then have either the option of cleaning management or property management:

  • Property Management 

We take care of any issues at the property during a guest booking as well as being the first point of contact should anything go wrong or need repairing when it is occupied by a guest. We have contracted tradesmen that are on hand to deal with emergencies and respond to any problems that may arise.

  • Cleaning Management 

We arrange for the laundry and cleaning to be carried out at your property on guest changeover day. Our team of cleaners will be automatically notified when your property has a booking. They will then ensure it is cleaned and guest ready for the next booking.


The Managed Services Team

Our Managed Services Team consist of Housekeeping and Property Managers.

Should you decide to holiday let your property with Dream Cottages, you will be assigned a property manager. They will be responsible for your property and point of contact for maintenance and cleaning.

Some of our Property Managers have been with our team for over 13 years. There’s not much they haven’t encountered in the holiday letting industry!


Costs
