Lovely cottage, but several concerns: - shower was v poor quality (the holder for the shower head never worked and the whole unit broke down by the end of the week - there was no fan which was very uncomfortable in the heatwave hot nights (Dorset had also sold out of fans that week) - stairs were treacherous and the handrail was not easy either making trips to the loo in the night unpleasant

Thank you for your feedback and I am glad you enjoyed your stay overall. I am sorry about the shower, we suffer from the hardest water in the country. It was fixed as soon as we were made aware of the problem. We also put a fan in to make it more comfortable. The property description does describe the stairs. These are the original stairs and we would rather not remove them as it is part of the character of the cottage. Property Owner
