    “The flat is in a great location, and the space in the living room is excellent, with fantastic views.”

    The kitchen was very well equipped and had everything you could need, although we did not cook whilst there so cannot review how good utensils were. There are a selection of books and games suitable for a wide range of ages. There is a hive heating system, which we found to be very responsive, which it needed to be as a window was left open near the twin bedroom. The twin bedroom is in a noticeable colder part of the flat, so we did need the heating immediately. The beds were comfy with quality ...

There is a hive heating system, which we found to be very responsive, which it needed to be as a window was left open near the twin bedroom. The twin bedroom is in a noticeable colder part of the flat, so we did need the heating immediately. The beds were comfy with quality linen, although one of the twin beds was quite creaky, disturbing sleep - easily fixed by tightening some screws. The window in the hall outside the bathroom doesn't have a blind or curtains, so unless you sleep with the door to the twin room closed you have an early wake up. The bathroom is quite tight, although the shower cubicle is large there isn't a lot of space in the rest of the room, which could challenging with young children. This is the onky room where i thought a little TLC was needed, mostly just on tiles / grout and shower mechanism - although nothing big. The towels were lovely and fluffy and plenty large enough, there were also a lot of places to gang any wet towels or things from rhe beach, if used, was a little too cold for that in October! I found the instructions for where to find the outdoor bins very confusing, and never actually found them - instructions directed you to what looked like someone else's basement flat. Overall, we had a lovely stay, and particularly enjoyed watching the sunrise from the sofa in the living room. A couple of tweaks and it would be perfect.

    Thank you v much for your great feedback, much appreciated. Sadly, the bathroom size out of my control. New shutters are being installed in the twin and rear bedrooms, end of Nov.
