    “Lovely cottage just a couple of minutes from the beach.”

    The furniture In the sitting room was very comfortable, though a little bit low for old bones! The beds were extremely comfortable and we all slept well. The kitchen was extremely well equipped, enough equipment to rustle up a meal if needed. The cottage was beautifully dressed and comfortably warm. There is a small outside space with some flowering pots, but it is not secure for dogs if you take a car. As we had small dogs with us we got round that problem by rearranging the pots to block the ...

If you want to explore further afield, the UNESCO heritage sites of Lulworth Cove and Durdle Door are just a short drive away, as are the County Town of Dorchester, Portland with it's spectacular views and Chesil beach. Sunny days would suit a couple who want to be quietly in the middle of all the action or a young family who wish to be close to the beach.
