The property

Harbourside Penthouse is a wonderful apartment, situated on the third floor, in the stunning countryside of Weymouth, Dorset.

This apartment is just as suitable for friends as it is for families, its superb layout is ideal and its location in this historic town gives access to some excellent pubs and sandy beaches which make it exceptional.

Note: Whilst this apartment is accessible by a lift, this access to the property should not be solely relied upon as if not in operation due to maintenance / fault you will need to use the stairs.

BREWERS QUAY HARBOUR

Brewers Quay is the old Victorian brewery situated at the heart of the harbour, in Weymouth, Dorset. Much of the grade II listed complex and surrounding brewery buildings date from the late 1800 early 1900’s and many have stones inlaid commemorating their construction year. This area is now a popular destination with many restaurant’s café and bars making it a vibrant area where you can relax with a drink and watch the world go by. Tucked in the harbourside streets here you will find original Tudor harbour buildings estimated to have built 1600 and well worth a visit, with a very interesting history to share. You will also find the Weymouth Museum, with some incredible facts and artefacts, there is more to this seaside town than meets the eye. The harbour is home to the lifting bridge where you can watch the luxury yachts head out to sea, and then walk over the bridge into the town with it’s winding streets of boutique shops and onto the seafront Esplanade and beach. Brewers Quay is a much loved location in Weymouth.
