I have stayed here before, and the broadband was a lot faster, it looks like the broadband package has been downgraded. Unfortunately for me, I have already booked 2 more weeks at this property. This will be the last times, I can't do any work with the broadband so snail paced.

We are sorry to hear that the broadband was slow. I can assure you the package has not been downgraded in any way. It is provided by TalkTalk and is their Fibre 35 package. I have checked today and this last week (5thApril- 12th April) the speed has constantly been 40Mbps.
We were at the house after you left and Openreach were working on the pole that provides us, so I can only think there was a fault when you were there, which was unfortunate. If anything like this happens again, broadband or otherwise,please contact Dream Cottages so it can be sorted there and then,rather than you putting up with the problem for your stay.
