“Beds were very hard not comfortable.”
Memory foam mattresses would be better.
A few marks on sofas.
Damp on bathroom wall.
Bath was not that clean needs grouting on edges to be cleaned or redone.
Microwave grimy inside and there is a smell from it
Mildew on blinds on top of stairs, and starting to get mildew or damp on blinds in bedrooms.
Outside the property the window sills need repainting as the paint is flaking off, upstairs windows etc.
Thank you for your feedback. Sorry to hear there were elements of the building which were less than satisfactory. We will go and check the cleaning issues, immediately, as they are new to us and have not been highlighted in previous excellent feedback. They fall short of standards we would expect.
Windowsill maintenance is in the diary, once the dryer weather arrives.

UPDATE:-we have realised that the enormous electric bill we received was the previous client to you, who was there on and off over winter, for 4 weeks, running the cottage as a kitchen or laundry and the ensuing condensation has made its mark on the blinds and walls. The oven was obviously warming the cottage, but the normal cosy gas central heating is meant to do that but our heating record showed it was not used, presumably because the temperature inside was high from intense oven use.
In June, we will be removing the double-glazing, therefore allowing ease of access to windows. Double-glazing can be removed and stored easily anytime. We are also now in touch with the company who made the blinds, so they can be replaced.
