    “Lovely, spacious property that felt practically brand new!”

    The house had everything we needed and more. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the first‑floor lounge with a book and a glass of wine, taking in the beautiful views across Holes Bay. The location was excellent too—just a short stroll to a large supermarket, and Poole town centre was an easy 15‑minute walk. It also made a great base for exploring the area, with quick access to local attractions such as Poole, Bournemouth, Sandbanks, Corfe Castle, RSPB Arne, and Swanage etc.

Sandbanks 5 miles; Bournemouth 5.3 miles.

The town of Poole is dominated by one of the world's biggest natural harbours, which features five pine clad islands and regular boat trips. The largest of these islands is Brownsea Island, where Baden Powell began the Scout Movement. To the west is the 'Isle of Purbeck', which offers visitors scenic countryside, dotted with quaint villages and stunning seascapes, plus Lulworth Cove, Durdle Door and Corfe Castle are well worth a visit. The local beaches at Sandbanks provide excellent facilities for all kinds of watersports. Alternatively, visit the neighbouring family friendly seaside resort of Bournemouth and within driving distance is the fascinating New Forest National Park. An excellent holiday destination at any time of the year.
