    “We have stayed here before and returned because we absolutely loved it, and it didn’t disappoint the second time either.”

    The apartment is very spacious, spotlessly clean, and perfectly located for visiting the seafront, the harbour, and even enjoying a walk up to Lodmoor Park. We really appreciate having a parking space available - it is a little tight, but it’s far better than not having parking at all, which isn’t always guaranteed elsewhere. My son is autistic, and this apartment provides the space our family needs and has always felt like a safe environment for him. He even remembered it from our ...

    The apartment is very spacious, spotlessly clean, and perfectly located for visiting the seafront, the harbour, and even enjoying a walk up to Lodmoor Park. We really appreciate having a parking space available - it is a little tight, but it’s far better than not having parking at all, which isn’t always guaranteed elsewhere. My son is autistic, and this apartment provides the space our family needs and has always felt like a safe environment for him. He even remembered it from our last visit, which was lovely. Routine and familiarity are very important to him, and this place helped provide the foundation for a relaxed and enjoyable holiday. The only small concern I had was the turn-lock keys on the inside doors. I worry that as he gets older, he may realise he could let himself out. For the front, I could potentially bring a bike lock for the top gate next time, but I wondered whether you might consider adding a top bolt to both doors, as this could be reassuring for other parents as well and would be a simple solution. Other than that, the apartment is very well equipped, extremely comfortable, and has everything needed for meals in. It’s also a fantastic base, right next door to Enzo and other great restaurants. Thank you again for another amazing stay, we look forward to returning.

This stylish property provides an ideal base for a family or group of friends looking for a self-catering stay on the spectacular Jurassic Coast, with all amenities being within an easy walking distance.

Venture inside the property and be welcomed into the generous open plan living kitchen dining room offering the perfect social space for the whole family to relax after a busy day exploring all the delights that this seaside resort has to offer.

The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to rustle up tasty home cooked meals and when the day draws to close, take your pick from two beautifully decorated bedrooms; one double room consisting on a ensuite shower room with walk in shower, basin and WC, and a twin room which is served by a bathroom with bath, basin and WC.

The lively atmosphere of the seafront provides plenty of entertainment to while away the hours and there are many bars, cafes and restaurants to choose from, most offering a prime position to sit and enjoy an evening meal while the twinkling lights of the promenade light up the bay.

Take a leisurely stroll around Weymouth’s historic harbour which loops around the edge of the town and leads you into Brewers Quay, where you can watch the comings and goings of tall ships, boats and yachts passing under the town’s iconic drawbridge while you tuck into delicious fresh fish and chips from one of the local kiosks.

For those seeking outdoor adventure, there are plenty of opportunities for scenic walks along the stunning Dorset coastline where you can discover many underwater creatures in the shallow rock pools of Newtons Cove, you may even find your very own fossil to take home as a souvenir, and Weymouth’s award winning beach has plenty of water sport activities to get involved in, such as windsurfing, sailing and paddle boarding.

Bliss on the Bay, as the name suggests, is guaranteed to provide a blissful staycation and provide a charming home away from home in which to explore all things Dorset with your loved ones.

The popular resort of Weymouth makes an outstanding year-round holiday destination, with a wide variety of attractions on offer, appealing to all tastes and ages. The glorious golden sandy beaches have excellent facilities for all kinds of watersports, whilst from the picturesque, bustling harbour you can take regular fishing trips. A short drive takes you to Portland Harbour, and the rugged “Isle” of Portland, linked to Weymouth by the dramatic Chesil Beach. Visit Dorchester, Thomas Hardy’s “Casterbridge”, only 7 miles away, or take a journey along the scenic coastal road and call in at Abbotsbury Swannery and Subtropical Gardens. Alternatively, just head down to West Bay - the views of the stunning Dorset Heritage Coastline are not to be missed!
