  • “The Old Post Office was as we expected it to be.”

Arrived 90 mins early and was ok to park on property so we could look around while the cleaner finished. Nothing out of place and all electrical appliances had great manuals to follow so no problem working anything. Upstairs toilet acquired a small leak, after reporting it to Dreams it was fixed within 24 hours. Caused no problem for us but showed how committed Dreams were to making our stay hassle free. ...

Upstairs toilet acquired a small leak, after reporting it to Dreams it was fixed within 24 hours. Caused no problem for us but showed how committed Dreams were to making our stay hassle free. It was only a 10 min walk to the harbour which once there easy access to all amenities. Would be happy to recommend to anyone.

The property

The Old Post Office is a clever conversion of an original building now presented as a Dorset cottage.

Arranged over two floors, the ground floor living area has an open plan spacious feel with a feature spiral staircase leading to the bedroom and bathroom.

The Old Post Office benefits from parking for two cars and little outside patio area for you to enjoy an al fresco breakfast or sundowner.

Located in an ideal position for a self-catering Dorset holiday, it is just five minutes' walk to Hope Square, which is bordered with a variety of restaurants, bistros, pubs and coffee shops; to reach the pretty old harbour just stroll for another minute or so.

Further on from the old harbour is the town centre and the main beach is adjacent.

Strolling from the property, you may also explore Newtons Cove, a pretty pebble beach area and The Nothe Gardens - great for a picnic on a sunny day.

The Old Post Office is the perfect holiday property in Dorset for a couple; a cosy property ideal for two in a location where you may walk to all the local attractions.
