Thank you for your comments. We are sorry The Chocolate Box has not lived up to your expectations. As owners we are the next people to use this house, and have taken on board your review. - [ ] Front Door, we have found nothing wrong with the front door whatsoever, as it was only fitted this year. The seals are new and have to wear in, which means you have to pull the door knob ever so slightly, to turn the key. Which happens in most new composite doors. - [ ] We will be talking to the cleaning company this week as we have a few issues ourselves, we don’t expect anything else than 100%. - [ ] Fans, everything we have in this house, we were told by dream cottages to put in. At no time were fans on the list and neither has it been advertised with fans or air conditioning of any sort. - [ ] Cobwebs, we cleared the cobwebs when we arrived last night and this morning they’re back again. While we understand this is frustrating. Spiders and there webs are part of the natural environment, and we aren’t able to prevent or be held accountable for them. - [ ] Leaves, the cleaners sweep the rear patio on change over, but we cannot police it after that. - [ ] Freezer, it now completely defrosted. This is a frost free freezer and can only imagine previous guests have left the door open for a considerable amount of time. Again , the cleaners had called to tell me, but unfortunately couldn’t rectify this before you arrived, as you had already let yourselves in before the allotted time and put your food in the fridge freezer. Otherwise that would never have become an issue. - [ ] Welcome pack, we totally agree and going forward from next week will be in the property. For when guests arrive. Thank you again for your review, and I hope we have responded positively. Property Owner
