“Beautiful property situated just off Hope Square with a Convenience Store just 100 yards away, Bennetts Fish & Chips, two local Pubs & a couple of Tea Rooms that will be open in Summer Months.”

Sadly Hope Square has suffered since Brewers Quay closed and many of the independant Cafes & Bistros that side of the Harbour have now shut down. Brewers Quay is currently under contruction and is a hive of activity covered in scaffolding and workmen of all trades! How long this work will continue is something to look into if you don't like the associated banging and clacking! Brewers Quay is currently under contruction and is a hive of activity covered in scaffolding and workmen of all trades! How long this work will continue is something to look into if you don't like the associated banging and clacking! It is a major development and will take some months I should imagine & could create a not so relaxing vibe on the area! The House itself is beautifully furnished to a high quality in every room. The outside space has been tidied up considerably since our last stay in August but please bear in mind it is tiny & the higher terrace can only be accessed via an extremely awkward spiral staircase and sadly the neighbours have not devloped their areas in a similar way. It is a Beautiful House just a few steps from the Harbour offering every facility for a great Holiday, this was our fourth stay so that really soeaks for itself but just bear in mind the upcoming works a 100 yards away.
