“We use Dream Cottages every year for our stay in July for the seafood festival.”

    ...

This year as a valued customer and posts on Face Book was given vouchers for meals for my Birthday and our wedding Anniversary. The cottage is cute as it says Pixie cottage is small but for 2 adults fine. We enjoyed our stay amazing weather as always in July at Wonderful Weymouth. *1 point to note the little court yard out the back has a window which is opened outwards by another property owner joined to Pixie cottage,we did not know this until sitting out 1 evening bit of a surprise but after that think the family respected we were holiday makers & it . If very elderly or a family with young babes in arms were to stay here do note the stairs are very steep to manage and the toilet is down stairs, so means getting up & going down stairs for bathroom trips at night. Aside from those little points as always we had a great stay & will be back again as Dream Cottages staff are excellent in Hope Square.

The property

Pixie Cottage is a pretty terraced cottage in the coastal town of Weymouth just a couple of minutes’ walk from the harbour.

This comfortable cottage welcomes you with it’s open plan living kitchen dining space, where you can enjoy relaxing together and preparing delicious meals.

The two lovely cosy cottage bedrooms are perfect.

Pixie is aptly named for whilst it is small, it contains everything you need for a comfortable cottage stay in Weymouth.

Just a few minutes' walk from the cottage is Brewers Quay and Hope Square the perfect location for an alfresco lunch in one of the restaurants on sunny days, or a warming drink next to the fire in the pub in colder months.

Amble through Hope Square and reach the historic old harbour where you can observe visiting yachts and fishing boats returning with their catch - fresh crabs are a speciality.

Another five minutes over the opening town bridge will take you to the town centre, with a good variety of shops, restaurants and pubs.

Adjacent is the main beach, which has arguably the best sand for making sand castles and the waters are shallow.

Pixie Cottage is ideally suited for a stroll to the harbour, Brewers Quay, the town centre and beach in Weymouth - all are within a 5-10-minute walk away.

The Sea life centre, Monkey world and the Tank Museum are all within a 30 minute drive and offer a fun day out.

Pixie Cottage would suit a couple or young family who want a holiday in the heart of Weymouth.
