The property

This modern house is situated with beautiful views of the harbour by the town centre of Weymouth.

Set over 4 floors, this modern property is prefect for families to be based in Weymouth. On the ground floor is the sitting room, heading through with a step down through to the large kitchen, diner.

Perfect to cook and then all sit down together and enjoy a tasty meal.

Conservatory leading to the enclosed patio garden.

You can then sit back and relax in the sitting room where you can watch the town bridge open and close to let the yachts into the inner marina which is fascinating for young and old alike.

If you wish to have some time apart the rooms on different floors give you that chance.

Located in the perfect place it offers magic through all the seasons with so many places to see and romantic places to explore.

On balmy summer evenings you can buy a glass of wine outside in the colourful nearby Hope Square, on cold winter days you can huddle inside one of the many pubs that offer open fires and a friendly atmosphere.

You have a choice of high-class restaurants, good pub food, Italian styled bistros or numerous fish restaurants.

Quiet moments in the nearby Nothe Gardens looking across to Portland harbour are a relaxing past time.

Children will love building sandcastles on the main beach which is around a five minutes' walk which has shallow bathing waters, or rock pooling at Newton's Cove a 4 minutes’ walk from the property.

Bridge View is so well placed that there is no need for a car to access the beach or town.

However, if you wish to venture out for a real flavour of rural Dorset, visit one the picture postcard villages where you will be able to enjoy a traditional Dorset Cream Tea.

BREWERS QUAY HARBOUR

Brewers Quay is the old Victorian brewery situated at the heart of the harbour, in Weymouth, Dorset. This area is now a popular destination with many restaurant’s café and bars making it a vibrant area where you can relax with a drink and watch the world go by. Tucked in the harbourside streets here you will find original Tudor harbour buildings estimated to have built 1600 and well worth a visit, with a very interesting history to share. You will also find the Weymouth Museum, with some incredible facts and artefacts, there is more to this seaside town than meets the eye.
