“First of all, the directions to the property were incorrect.”

We arrived and turned into the first drive on the right as per the directions given, to find that there was no parking space available, and we couldn't get into the keysafe. After we called the host we were told we were at the incorrect property, and directed to the second driveway, which were not the directions given to us. We then parked up, and got the keys from the keysafe, but could not get in to the property. So I had to call the host again, and I was getting pretty irate at this point ...

So I had to call the host again, and I was getting pretty irate at this point. Turns out it was bolted locked from the inside. Host let us in after unbolting the door on the inside. Eventually got in, and immediately noticed something on the floor in the living area. I could clearly see what the previous guests had been snacking on, rice cakes, as there were chunks of it still on the floor. It could not have been swept or vaccuumed. Also the traffic noise was unbearable for me, so had to shut all windows and doors to keep the traffic noise out. The property is right on a busy road. It also smelt a bit damp in places, and we noticed a few patches of mold on the walls in the living area. The staircase to the bedroom was very steep, and I had to wear my earphones and listen to music to try and get to sleep, due to the traffic noise
