Superb property, great location wouldn't hesitate to return.

Excellent accommodation, comfortable, homely.

Nice quiet spot. Handy for the buses, save using your car. The Oasis cafe/ restaurant was excellent. Lovely walk along the sea front. A loverly break to recharge your batteries.

The accommodation was beautiful such a large property cleanliness outstanding the welcome pack was much appreciated.

Beds were comfy . The only thing we found was late afternoon because of the time of year it was it did get chilly in the property and we had to wait for the heating to come on about 7:30 it kicked in so we had to use the electric fan that was in the cupboard to keep us warm until the heating kicked in other than that I would thoroughly recommend the property

We enjoyed our stay at this property for the second time and as before it was clean and tidy on arrival as well as having all the facilities needed, we will be rebooking next year.

We knew when booking about the check in time but with a dog and small child even a 4pm check in would be more acceptable Apart from that the most perfect place to stay Welcome pack .

Great property for our family to stay for a week.

Clean and well maintained.

After holidaying in Weymouth for over 20 years and having stayed at the Harbour end for most part, we decided to stay at Bowleaze cove end of the bay, and we were not dissapointed, 14th to 21st of June 2025.

In all the 20+ years we have been coming to Weymouth, "Tides Corner" is the best place we have stayed in, and it was a beautifully laid out annexe with a large kitchen diner, with patio doors which you can look out of to the sea the other side of the road. Lovely lounge area, through to a smaller bedroom with 2 single beds to a very large master bedroom with TV, and the bathroom was large with both bath and seperate large shower area. At the side of the annexe was a lovely laid out courtyard which was gated and was great as we have a lively cockapoo dog. To the front was a lovely lawned area. We had no reason to contact Alan the owner, but on Friday i managed to speak with him just to say what a beatiful property they had and that we had a lovely stay, and the weather being lovely made it even more pleasurable. Alan sorry forget to say "Thank you" for the lovely welcome pack that awaited us on the dining room table, of Coffee/Tea - milk in the fridge biscuits and a bottle of wine, well appreciated. My wife and i would highly recommend this property to anyone, and where it is situated on Bowleaze Coveway at the quiter end of Weymouth bay, but still with a pub and cafes close bye, just truly lovely. Having such a lovely place to come back to each day, made for a great holiday June 2025. Mr & Mrs Wileman

We really enjoyed our stay with you and it was so quiet,also the good weather helped that week,we’ve stayed in the Preston area several times now and I think this is the best property we’ve stayed at,the only item that I picked up on was the light switch on the cooker needs changing quite a minor issue overall.

My only complaint is that you cannot get into property a bit earlier.

After a long drive and the 2 coffee places nearby cose at 4. So we just pulled up road side and waited till 5. Saying all that it's our second holiday there the year. Wonderful property and fantastic situation.

Best accommodation we have had and been coming Weymouth for some years. Great location for us. The welcome items were a lovely idea. We spoke to your office in Brewers Quay and they promised to email the owner to see if we could book the accommodation for 14 days from 31st August 2025. We are really hoping we can.

We enjoyed our stay for the week as it was roomy, clean and sited in a nice area very near to the beach and amenities, but unfortunately the main bedroom king/double size bed mattrass was very uncomfortable and the following morning we both were suffering from back and hip soreness ( I must mention that neither my wife or myself have suffered from any back nor hip problems before spending the first night on that mattress which took use both 2 days to get over) anyway, the next day we both moved in to the second bedroom that had two single beds which were very comfortable that probably helped in aiding our recovery much quicker.

We would have given a 5-star rating for this holiday property but for this uncomfortable mattress issue.

Was good from the time we entered the property.

Much larger than we had thought and nice and airy. Would really recommend. The apartment is literally just up the road to good convenience store and bus services to many places should you not want to drive and in a good area of town. Lots of places should you wish to drive, we liked Dorchester and loved Abbotsbury Sub Tropical Gardens. Well worth a visit and choosing this property.

Wonderful apartment with everything you could possibly need provided.

Decoration is of a very high standard and exceptionally clean. Furniture and beds are very comfortable. The welcome pack was very much appreciated with all of the basic essentials to start off your holiday. Our dog loved the very safe garden even though the grass pictured on the website has now been replaced with gravel (makes for easier maintenance by the owner). There is just a short walk (2 minutes) to the long promenade which takes you along the shoreline to Weymouth. We had a lovely break and hope to visit again in the near future.

One small issue on arrival.

Gate to garden wasn't secured for my dog. It was sorted straight away and myself and the dog had a fantastic stay.

Great stay in a wonderful place.

Home from home. Great location with a bit of sea view. Comfy, warm and lovely decor. Hoover packed up on us as we were using it, Apologies. We struggled with 1 small bin external for the week. Separate garden for the dog was a god send.

We love this apartment.

The location is excellent. So close to the beach and a lovely walk to Weymouth town along the beach or by the nature reserve. There is plenty of living space inside with a well equipped kitchen including a good size fridge/freezer. The bathroom is a good size, with a bath and separate shower. Only downside we found this time was that it is a bit cold and damp and was really hard to get our swimming gear and towels dry inside. Unfortunately the weather didn’t enable us to hang things outside on many days we were there.

A lovely, comfortable, very clean apartment with everything we needed for our weeks stay.

Great position so near the beach ( which is dog friendly all year round). Little garden great for the dog in the mornings! . Bus stop outside for trips into Weymouth if we didn’t fancy the walk, and a local shop, open all hours. Would love to stay there again, thank you.

We had a fantastic stay at tides corner the property is in a fantastic location , just cross the road and your on the beach with seaviews from the kitchen .

The holiday property is very clean, facility is modern and very lovely, they thought of everything you may need.

I will gladly give this property 10/10. The only thing they may consider to change is the mattress in the master bedroom. It is too soft, therefore not too good for your backbone. The location of this property is the best for holiday in Dorset near the beach.

The flat exceeded all our expectations.

We found it beautifully presented, comfortable, and well equipped. The location was superb. The week was very relaxing.

We had an extremely good time and found everything as the advert if not better and would gladly use the facility again.

This is a fabulous property in an amazing location.

It is comfortable and spacious. We really enjoyed our stay. The only things that disappointed us was the weak WiFi signal that kept dropping out. The dishwasher has seen better days and if you haven't used one like this before, it would be a problem as there are no instructions for it. Overall though a great place to stay.

Our first instinct was 'wow' however we gradually realised this was not quite the reality.

Both Settees were rather tired and not at all comfortable. There was no dressing table in either bedroom. Ladies do like to be able to sit at a table in front of a mirror to apply make-up and dry hair. In the main bedroom the drawers in the bedside cabinets were difficult to close and one appeared to have had the door glued closed. Towels were inadequate in size. We were glad we had brought our own bath sheets. There were no instructions for the dishwasher which was not working. This was resolved by a phone call in which it was suggested i insert a pencil in the slot where the button to change settings should have been. Unfortunately my husband, who is an invalid, was taken Ill so we were forced to cut our holiday shirt after just 4 days.

Apartment was better than described and in a great location.

Spotlessly clean, well equipped, and spacious really made for an enjoyable week. Having meals in while looking at the view of the ocean was Lovely. Separate garden for the dog was a real bonus too, even though you could be on the dog friendly beach within a couple of minutes. Would highly recommend.

Excellent stay at Tides Corner.

It is a modern, well furnished apartment. Extremely close to the beach. We had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The apartment is a credit to it owners, who we met. They were friendly, and very knowledgable about places in the area to visit. We truly enjoyed Tides Corner, and would be very happy to visit there again.

May we suggest a few minor things to be added Washing up liquid a scrubbing sponge salt & pepper 2*Toilet Rolls (1 for 4 people seems a bit mean!

) these are very minor things, but irritating when they weren't there :)

Tides corner was spotless, modern and welcoming.

We could not fault anything inside the apartment and the position of it was spectacular - right across the street from the beach. However there was one major disappointment, the garden. I would not recommend this apartment for anyone with dogs or young children as the garden was not secure. There is a gate across the driveway which we asked to close because we took our dog and unfortunately we not allowed to. I feel like this should have been made clear before booking the apartment as the driveway leads out onto a main road. This problem could be easily rectified by building a fence down the side of the house near the patio area to allow a small bit of the garden to be secure for dogs or young children. This is by far the nicest property we have ever stayed in in Weymouth and if it wasn’t for the garden we would be back every year.

Garden area would have been excellent if it was secure,had to stay with the dog at all times(just in case),and floor was not suited to an older dog.

(poor thing kept slipping) we did overcome these few minor problems though

Tides Corner is one of the nicest properties we have stayed in at Weymouth.

Attention to detail was perfect. The welcome pack was everything you needed, from a treat, to that well expected cuppa after a long journey and even basic items you may have forgotten. The comfort at the property was great, lovely linen and towels provided and comfortable beds, we slept very well due to the walking and the sea air. We can't rate Tides Corner highly enough if it was marks out of 10 we would have to score it 20. Certainly would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and peaceful holiday in comfortable surroundings and would book again anytime.

It’s a lovely apartment in a perfect location for Weymouth beach and the nearby nature reserves.

The hosts were extremely helpful and brought over a travel cot and high chair for our baby. We would definitely stay here again!

I was disappointed in the size of the towels as they were not bath sheets.

The heating was on a timer and switched off at 10.30am and didn't come back on until 5.30pm as it was March the rooms went quite cold when the heating was off and as the weather was wet we were in the apartment more than out. The apartment was nicely decorated and very clean and the wine, coffee, tea, etc was a nice touch. There was a lovely sea view of the sea and Portland Bill from the dining room. We had a lovely break and enjoyed ourselves.
