Willowbrook Cottage

A wonderful cottage in an idyllic setting!

Amazing location with everything you could ask for in the cottage. Super clean and comfortable and can not recommend highly enough!

Willowbrook cottage is an excellent base to explore the surrounding area.

In a beautiful location, a very well equipped and extremely comfortable cottage. Lovely walks and the stream at the end of the garden was a hit with my grandchildren. The white horse pub across the road is a lovely place for food, very cosy and welcoming. Had a lovely week at the cottage, was sad to leave, hopefully be back again one day.

We found the cottage an excellent retreat.

Well equipped and clean and fresh. We stayed in a heatwave and were very happy to return there to avoid the heat. Its thick walls helped to keep it cool. Garden ideal for dogs, enclosed and easy access. Recommend the Tropical gardens, Thornecroft Woods, Hive Beach and restaurant. We did not enjoy the food at The White Horse at all.

Our second visit to Willowbrook Cottage and we hope there will be more!

Such a fabulous property in a lovely village with beautiful views from the front garden.

This was our 3rd visit to Willowbrook.

Fabulous location if you just want peace and quiet. The cottage is very clean and comfortable and is like home from home. Louise, Dave and Caz make you feel very welcome. We will be returning in 2027.

The cottage was very clean, comfortable and fully equipped with everything we needed.

Although we didn’t meet the hosts they were in contact when we arrived to make sure we were happy and to let us know they were available for any queries we might have. It’s in a perfect location to explore the county .

We had a lovely stay over the New Year with friends.

Our 3rd stay at this lovely cottage, cosy, clean and in a good location. Louise the owner is a great lady and very helpful and kind. Would highly recommend Willowbrook for a wonderful stay. Diane

The accommodation was perfect for our needs.

We found all furnishings very comfortable. Cleanliness was excellent with sufficient cleaning products if required. We would highly recommend as a great base for anyone to explore the area on foot - so many walks from the front door.

Lovely setting, very close to walks from the cottage, and the pub!

The cake and tea/coffee on arrival was very welcome, and helped set up the week. We were lucky with the weather during our stay, and the cottage was a nice place to come back to. Would stay again in the future.

This was our second visit to this lovely cottage.

Spotlessly clean, very well equipped and lovely comfortable beds. The owner Louise made us feel very welcome and couldn't have been more helpful.

Second visit to Willowbrook and will not be the last.

This cottage and the owners Louise and Dave need to be used as a master class on how to operate a holiday let. The high spec of decor and furnishings , the attention to detail and all the little extras makes Willowbrook just perfect. Add to that the gorgeous setting , walks galore from the door and a fantastic, friendly pub right next door what more could you ask for.

Cleanest property I have stayed in.

Brilliant (Neighbours very friendly and helpful)

Willowbrook is a beautiful cottage in a great location, well furnished and kitted out and spotlessly clean.

A credit to it's owners and the housekeeping team. The cake on arrival was as good as either of us had ever eaten. Would highly recommend. The village pub was also excellent.

By far the best dog friendly cottage we have ever stayed in.

Always spotlessly clean and the owners Louise and Dave go above and beyond to ensure that there is everything you need to make your holiday great. Neighbours are very friendly and helpful and the pub (less than 1 minutes walk) serves great food. Would highly recommend

2nd visit to Willowbrook.

We love it and it's the best cottage we have ever stayed in. If you are looking tor a quiet break in the countryside and near to the coast this is the cottage for you. We will return next year for 2 weeks.

We've just got back from an amazing week's stay at Willowbrook, the cottage is finished to a high standard and contained everything we could want.

The sofas and beds are comfy, the kitchen is modern and well equipped and the garden lovely to chill in (and secure for our labrador!) The location is perfect being opposite the pub with a walking route right from the garden (the fields and stream lead to Litton Lakes which has an enclosed dog field and cafe on site). All the neighbours were so welcoming too and gave us some useful local recommendations. Louise was so lovely and messaged us to let us know she was on hand if we needed anything, not that we did as everything was perfect! Can't recommend it enough and will definitely return.

Lovely cottage, very well maintained, everything we could need and the cake on arrival was very welcome.

Owners checked in to make sure all ok.

Willowbrook cottage is an absolute gem of a property that we have been lucky enough to find.

This was our 4th year returning and definitely won’t be our last. Starting with the welcome you receive from the hosts, neighbours and the White horse local pub to the stunning scenery. If you are looking to get away from it all and a holiday of pure relaxation then this is the place. The cottage is well equipped with everything you could need, the beds are so comfy you won’t want to leave. Just a very short walk is the White Horse Pub, a friendly local, serving freshly cooked food. I’m gluten free and the meals did not disappoint, the Sunday roast is worth a mention too but I would recommend booking as they can get very busy. If you are taking your dog they will also receive a warm welcome. The purple turtle cafe is just a short walk over the field, it is primarily a camp site but serves a nice coffee and a place to sit and while away an hour near the lake. Modbury farm shop is a few minutes drive for any essentials you may need, they also sell a selection of frozen and fresh gluten free products. The cheese factory is close by which is also worth a visit as their cheese is excellent. A couple of seaside places we enjoy visiting are Lyme Regis and Weymouth both are approximately 30 minutes away. We are already trying to plan our next trip back to Willowbrook Cottage, hopefully, very soon.

We were very impressed with the cottage.

It gave us the perfect place to stay during our holiday in Dorset. There were several good walks- not too taxing- straight from the doorstep. The cottage is extremely well furnished in every room. We wanted for nothing in the kitchen. It was a delight to make our supper there. The bedrooms are spacious, loads of cupboards and drawers. Beds very warm and comfortable. Beautiful bathrooms- always plenty of hot water and the showers were very good. The relaxing lounge was very comfortable and well equipped. A lovely big Tv- easy to operate. Altogether a fantastic holiday home.

This was our fourth visit to willowbrook cottage as we just love it.

Beautiful location, clean and comfortable cottage a real home from home.

This was our second stay at an extremely well equipped cottage in a lovely tranquil setting.

The perfect property for us in an area which we loved.

We’re already planning our next visit.

Lovely cottage, really comfortable beds in a great location.

We have been staying in holiday cottages for 27 years.

Willowbrook is the best cottage we have stayed in. So very comfortable and everything you need for a relaxing stay. Garden is very safe and secure to let your four legged friend out. We are booked again for next May.

We had a very comfortable and enjoyable week at Willowbrook Cottage in September.

The dog friendly garden was very secure with easy walks at the end of the garden. Although we didn't meet the owners in person, they kept in touch and were very kind, helpful and informative.

This cottage was definitely a home from home very comfortable stay.

With plenty walks for us and the dog. A very central base to visit interesting places in the area.

Our stay at Willowbrook cottage was a delight, it’s a fantastic location.

The cottage itself was very clean and welcoming with stunning views, much thought has been given to making guests feel at home, the welcome card, cake and milk in the fridge. the beds are very comfortable, there’s nothing not to like about Willowbrook cottage with the sound of the stream at the bottom of the garden and friendly neighbours. I would stay here again and recommend to friends and family.

This was our second visit to Willowbrook and won’t be the last.

The house is extremely comfortable, spotlessly clean and really well equipped. The owners have thought of everything and are very keen to ensure their guests enjoy their stay. The setting is beautiful with very friendly neighbours. I have no hesitation in recommending it to others.

First class accommodation.

Spotlessly clean. Great location to explore Dorset.

2nd visit to this lovely cottage and again was not disappointed, lovely welcome card and cake and the property was very clean and comfortable, had a enjoyable stay

Willowbrook Cottage is beautifully presented, excellently maintained, spotlessly clean, and extremely comfortable.

The setting of Litton Cheney was outstandingly beautiful, and the property was a wonderful base to explore the surrounding area. The property's owners went the extra mile, by providing a welcome card, cake, milk, and tea, and replied to our emails promptly, and were extremely friendly. This made us feel that they cared that we were enjoying our stay - thank you for this, Louise and Dave! The local pub, The White Horse, is friendly and welcoming, and offers excellent food and drink. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in this lovely part of the world.

Another wonderful stay in this beautiful cottage in a peaceful and scenic location.

The cottage is very well equipped and comfortable and the owners are very helpful.

This is a beautiful cottage, in a lovely rural setting.

It is very clean and very comfortable. Perfect to go of wondering around Dorset with home from home comforts to return to. Or if you fancy some peace and quiet with a book, surrounded by countryside, perfect.

Definitely the best dog friendly cottage we've ever stayed in, immaculate in every way which is why have no hesitation in returning on a regular basis

A fabulous cottage - spotlessly clean and warm!

Lovely village and fantastic area to explore

Gorgeous cottage, comfortable and well equipped.

Great location.

Delightful quiet country cottage with plenty of walks nearby.

Well equipped for home cooking, and the pub 200 yards away provides excellent opportunities to dine out. There was a lovely welcome pack including biscuits for the dog

The owners of the cottage have in my opinion generally thought of everything you would need for a stay at the cottage anytime of the year.

My family spent Christmas there and found the cottage with Christmas tree and decorations and other festive items which we all thought was a nice touch. The property itself is surrounded by opens hills/streams which makes it a very quiet location to un-wind & relax. And the nearest beach is only 10 mins drive away. The White Horse pub opposite is welcoming & friendly and do a lovely Fish & Chips Friday night with meat raffle. Overall will be booking again for sure.

Fabulous place to stay.

Everything there we could have possibly needed. Comfortable, warm and cosy. Lovely comfortable beds and fabulous local pub about 2 minutes walk away. Parking for two cars. We couldn’t have asked for a nicer place to stay. Louise went over and above when the kettle decided it didn’t want to work and a new one arrived the next day. We just loved being there. Lovely places to visit and explore all around. We didn’t want for anything. Fabulous.

Willowbrook is by far the best cottage we have ever stayed in, and we have been to many (this was our second visit).

Everything you need for your stay is provided and Louise is the perfect host, she really goes out of her way to ensure her guests are happy and comfortable. For visitors with dogs the garden is secure and there is a field behind the house where they can be exercised. There are plenty of dog towels provided for drying wet paws, and there is even a big water bowl and mat. We would not hesitate to visit again.

Willowbrook is a beautifully well equipped and maintained Cottage a real gem of a place in a beautiful part of Dorset.

This was our second visit to Willobrook cottage and after 20 plus years of visiting dog friendly cottages my wife and I are in total agreement that Willowbrook stands head and shoulders above anywhere we have stayed before.

Spotlessly clean, great furnishings and decor, and the most comprehensively equipped kitchen we have ever seen. This property is a credit to its owners and housekeeper. We have already booked for May 2024

This is our third holiday at Willowbrook and the cottage never disappoints.

On this occasion we had windy and wet conditions on most days but we were very happy to stay home in the comfort of Willowbrook and with the White Horse just across the way for evening meals and friendly chat, no problem. Having said that, when the sun shines there's nowhere more special. We are booked for next year already. Sending thanks to the lovely owners and to Ginny the housekeeper.

Willowbrook Cottage has EVERYTHING to make for a most enjoyable stay.

This property is spotlessly clean with very comfortable furniture and beds. In the kitchen every appliance and utensil is available. The owners go "the extra mile" in providing for a wonderful and stress-free holiday. We are returning guests and look forward to future holidays in this real gem of a special place in a wonderful location.

The cottage is beautiful and has absolutely everything you could need while there.

We cooked most evenings and every utensil was available. The pub across the road is also lovely if you are looking to eat out. The owners have clearly put a great deal of thought into fitting it out to modern standards. Beautifully clean and thoughtful touches such as a lemon cake, fresh milk and doggy treats to greet us. The property is ideally located for exploring the Jurassic Coast and we drove to many different places and walked miles. It is well set up for four adults and a dog.

We had a wonderful week at Willowbrook Cottage which was beautifully kept and had everything we needed.

Louise and Dave were really helpful and keen to ensure we got the most out of our visit. The cottage is perfectly placed for visiting that area of Dorset and we’d definitely recommend it. We’ll certainly be back.

Willowbrook Cottage was superb!

From a welcoming message and helpful information from the owners (as well as Sykes) before we started our break, to an immaculately kept and clean cottage with all the facilities you could wish for, this was the best self-catering accommodation we have ever stayed at! It’s handily located opposite the village pub (which you can also order takeaway from); there are other pubs within a 10 mile radius but be sure to book. The Crown Inn has a mobile Indian cuisine every Tuesday - that was terrific! And we’d highly recommend the Coach House Inn in Dorchester - the Sunday carvery was out of this world! If you want to travel to the likes of Weymouth and Portland, the cottage provides a good base - just be mindful that the local traffic can get pretty backed up in holiday season. All in all, Willowbrook Cottage was faultless and Louise and Dave have done a fantastic job of making it feel like a home from home. We would thoroughly recommend it!

This was our third time at Willowbrook Cottage, we love everything about the cottage, the owners have thought of everything, handy for the pub too.

Lots of beautiful places to visit nearby and plenty of places to walk our dog.

Wonderful property in a quiet village location.

This our second visit and won’t be our last, I wish more properties had super king beds. The house was clean and tidy with all the items needed for a great stay.

The property was lovely.

The beds were so comfortable. All the facilities provided were perfect and all seemed very new. This is the first holiday home I have ever stayed in, where there was not a single thing that we might have wanted that wasn’t provided. There was a lovely and very tasty welcome cake and milk in the fridge, and so many coffee pods for the machine. All very nice touches. Having fields on your door step to walk the dogs off lead, was the icing on the cake. Would 100% recommend staying here. The pub across the road serves good beer, and the purple turtle cafe in the camp site serves great coffee and cake. There was nothing not to like.

Our second visit to Willowbrook Cottage and it just gets better and better.

We had fabulous weather and enjoyed our stay very much. We can’t wait to return again next year!

We had a wonderful stay at Willowbrook Cottage which was modern spacious & cosy with everything we needed to make our holiday perfect.

The welcome pack was much appreciated. It was located in a quiet village but handy to all the attractions of Dorset. The friendly Pub next door was also a good bonus. I would definitely recommend this property for your next holiday

Excellent place to stay.

The cottage was very clean and had everything you need for self catering, the owner is very nice and provides lovely welcome pack and good information on places to visit etc, you can hike and mountain bike ride from the cottage, pub across the road is cosy and friendly. I would thoroughly recommend!

Beautiful warm friendly modern cottage.

Easy to park. Welcoming pack. Contemporary design . Big comfy sofas big cosy beds. Well appointed kitchen. The owners have thought of everything even down to a basket of phone chargers should you forget your own. Fantastic walks literally on the doorstep. Beautiful views.Friendly pub a stones throw away. Very good value for money. We recommend this cottage whole heartedly

This is we think the cleanest property we have stayed in!

The pre-arrival communication and information was absolutely excellent. Furniture and beds were very comfortable, so in many ways a home from home. Great location with lovely dog walks from the door and lovely small towns to visit in the area. We shall be back! Ps. The cake was a delicious treat

We had an absolutely amazing stay here at Willowbrook.

Everything was very thought out- from coffee pods including decaf to spare dog towels for those muddy walks. Great location and a beautiful cottage. Very clean, contemporary decor, very comfortable beds. Lovely touch with the Christmas lights when we arrived and the Christmas decorations inside including a tree ;) Beautiful surroundings and lots of dog walks.

Willowbrook is the most beautiful cottage in the UK.

The owners really take the time and effort to ensure the property is super clean. The decor is gorgeous, light and modern. I love this place and would highly recommend to anyone to stay here.

In spite of the mostly wet and windy weather, we had a lovely week at Litton Cheney.

It was an excellent base for exploring coast and countryside. The cottage was immaculate and had everything one could have wished for, including a welcome pack. The bedrooms were spacious and well-fitted and the beds were comfortable. To have two en suites was a luxury. We got to grips with the induction hob quickly as everything was explained in the instruction sheets that were provided for every appliance. The sitting-room was large, with comfortable seating and an excellent TV. It was a mild week so we didn't have to test the heating but assume that it would be as efficient as other systems in the cottage. It was very handy to have both the garden and the field so close to the cottage. I'm sure that the dog had a very good time too!

Best cottage we have stayed in!

Had everything we needed, thank you :) Neighbors are lovely too, and the food at the pub over the road was exceptional. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Excellent property spotlessly clean and extremely well equipped with everything you need.

Willowbrook cottage is a credit to its owners who by the way couldn't have been any more helpful prior to and during our stay. We were so impressed we booked for next year before travelling home. Can't recommend this cottage highly enough.

Everything said about the cottage in the previous reviews is accurate.

Everyone loves it. On the edge of a quiet village with the sound of babbling brooks and beautiful views, with a wonderful friendly village pub just round the corner, what's not to like? There is a nearby beautiful lake which you can walk to along a pathway or through livestock free fields and there are lovely places to visit close by or further afield. Just go, you won't regret it.

Without doubt the best holiday let we have ever stayed in.

Beautifully clean, well equipped and so comfortable with so many little extras that really made a difference - extra phone chargers, the beach towels, a kitchen that had everything you could need and more and all the books, games , films, and local maps. A stunning setting with walks from the door and views to die for. Friendly neighbours , it was just perfect and we are now looking to rebook for next year. Thank you.

This is one of the best holiday cottages that we have ever stayed in.

Everything was perfect . The cottage itself was beautifully furnished with very tasteful decor and the attention to detail in respect of the kitchen and other areas of the house was exceptional. We were fortunate enough to meet the owners who were absolutely fabulous and could not have been kinder to us especially knowing that we had had a recent family bereavement. Thank you so much Louise and Dave ❤️. The location of the cottage is wonderful with lovely walks round and about and the neighbours were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely rebook in the future.

The property is wonderful.

Very clean and tidy and every little detail had been thought of. The area is very quiet with walks across the fields to Puncknowle or to the nearby lake. Has enclosed garden ideal if you have a dog. The local pub has a good selection of beers and food. There are pebble beaches within a few miles drive or if feeling energetic, walk. If you want a sandy beach then you can't beat Weymouth. There are plenty of places to eat but book well in advance during the school holidays.

The cottage was excellent in all respects.

It was very clean, well maintained, good quality fittings and very comfortable. It had everything we needed (even hooks on the bathroom door!) The garden and location were lovely. Just the right amount of communication. One of the best we have stayed in.

Beautiful cottage in a wonderful location 5*.

Cottage was very clean and comfortable with a lovely welcome pack on arrival. Litton Cheney is a little hidden gem and if you love walking this place will suit you well. The cottage had all you need for your holiday and a lovely comfy bed we hope to return again soon. Louise the owner was in touch by text to make sure all ok on the Friday and Saturday which was a lovely touch.

Excellent property in a lovely location A very relaxing stay The owners couldn’t have been more helpful

We have just returned from the most wonderful stay in Litton Cheney.

I don’t have enough positive things to say about this beautiful cottage and the lovely owners and housekeeper. Every little detail has been really thought through to make for the most comfortable stay. The location is perfect and the setting is stunning. Thank you so much we can’t wait to come back l.

Willowbrook Cottage is a beautiful cottage in a very pretty part of Dorset.

The cottage is kept to a very high standard of cleanliness and comfort. It is a credit to the owners. Every effort has been made to make our stay as easy and comfortable as possible. There are many delightful walks and a farm shop nearby. We were very happy and have already booked a return visit.

We had a lovely stay in a superbly renovated cottage, which is very tastefully decorated.

We did not lack for anything in the kitchen and appreciated the welcome package. There are very good local walks and pubs and we enjoyed sitting in the garden listening to the stream and looking at the view with a drink. The neighbour and dogs were also very friendly.

We had a lovely stay, the cottage was very clean and welcoming - the chocolates were delicious!

! Really well equipped, comfortable, and the garden was really secure for our dog. Neighbours were very friendly. Louise our host couldn’t have been more helpful and lovely. Highly recommend and we will definitely be visiting again. Thank you.

Communication with Louise the owner was great and she couldn’t do enough for us knowing we were travelling with a 2 year old.

The cottage was a home from home and was very comfortable. The garden was secure (essential for a toddler and dog!) and had beautiful views across the countryside. Neighbour’s who live there permanently were really nice and had dogs also so we weren’t worried about our dog woofing. Location was great for pub across road and only a mile walk to pub in Puncknowle too. Only 10 minute drive to West Bay and Bridport. Would definitely stay again if we were staying in West Dorset.

Lovely cottage, safe garden for dogs, very clean and well furnished.

Most comfortable mattress ever giving a fab night's sleep. Walks on the doorstep and loads of places to visit within a short drive. Oh, mustn't forget the Bride Valley winery in the village and Ford Farm for cheese! If you're thinking of renting this cottage, don't hesitate

Perfect little cottage, very well appointed with quality fixtures and furnishings.

We had a really lovely stay and were reluctant to leave! Looking forward to booking again very soon - Thank you!

The cottage was everything you would expect spotless with everything you need.

would recommend this cottage to all our family and friends.10/10.

We had a wonderful stay at Willowbrook, we couldn't have hoped for a better place to spend our Christmas.

Louise and Dave had so kindly decorated the house, it was such a surprise and added a really lovely touch to our break. The treats both for me and Paddy and for Toby were a really nice touch too and very thoughtful. The house itself was spotless and the best equipped holiday home we stayed in. Really comfortable bed and very quiet so we slept really well and it was a very warm and cosy house too, we really like how the living room was set up and the sofa was very relaxing. The local area was great with lots to do and the walk directly from the cottage was great too, I even went for a swim in the lake around the corner..

Wonderful cottage, from the time you step through the door every room has everything you could need, its very clean and tidy too.

We rented this cottage to read and relax in for a few days, the countryside views all around you are splendid, it is very peaceful place with just a babbling brook at the end of the garden, we loved it !

Owners of property went above and beyond expectations to make our stay magical and relaxing.

Beautiful property, modern decor, super comfortable bed, easy to read instructions on hoe to use appliances. Very friendly and professional.

Cottage was lovely, better than it looked, very comfortable with everything provided for.

We enjoyed the walks from the cottage, neighbours were very friendly. The White Horse Inn pub was close by and served excellent food, Fish and Chips was to die for. Lovely part of the country, Jurassic coast was a great area to visit with spectacular scenery. Recommended.

The cottage was located in the village and close to the pub.

It had everything we needed for us and the dog. The neighbours were really nice and were welcoming, even recommending things to see in walking distance. The cottage was ideally situated for touring Dorset, with amenities such as shops, farm shop, petrol station all close by. Also great views from the cottage, nice to sit outside for breakfast.

Everything advertised was exactly how it was.

The cottage was extremely clean a real home from home. We cannot recommend it highly enough. Ideal location for visiting Bridport, Dorchester, Weymouth and Monkey World. The communication from the owner was fantastic and so much information provided in the folder about everything you can imagine. The White Horse pub opposite provided excellent meals. We thoroughly loved our stay and will be recommending it to our friends and family. Thank you for a fantastic holiday.

Lovely cottage; beautiful decor with high quality fittings.

Spotlessly clean with complete range of utensils. Views from cottage beautiful. Would like to visit again as we had a very comfortable stay.

I can wholeheartedly recommend Willowbrook Cottage.

Beautiful views of countryside and hills from the peaceful garden which is well fenced for your dog's safety. The cottage itself is very clean and modern with a traditional exterior. It's furnished and equipped with great attention to detail. The beds are comfortable in roomy bedrooms, in fact the twin room is much bigger than it looks on the photograph. Towels are large and fluffy. There's plenty of storage for clothing and empty shelves in the kitchen for your food items. The owner is always on hand by text to help with any query in a most friendly manner. I've tried in this review to detail some of the things I look for in a holiday cottage, hope this helps.

Fabulous cottage, brilliantly located and excellent comms from the owner.

We had a great week away.

The location of the cottage was perfect for exploring the beautiful Dorset countryside and the wonders of the Jurassic coast.

Plenty of good restaurants located nearby and lots to see and do.

Cottage was like a home from home.

It had everything you needed and more, even down to spare phone chargers in case you'd forgotten yours. Comfortable, with lovely views, didn't want to go home!

What a beautiful cottage, spotlessly clean with everything to hand to make your stay a truly enjoyable one.

There's a pub close by, 2 minute walk, which is dog friendly. We chose the Super Kingsize room and I can honestly say that I've never slept so well. Book up, you won't be disappointed.

Welcoming cottage in a small village which was well placed to visit the Dorset coast.

Lovely bedrooms, modern bathrooms, very comfortable lounge and a well equipped kitchen. We visited in early November and it was always warm and cozy. We found a number of excellent farm shops with local produce and the local pub is just steps away. The outside space at the front of the cottage is enclosed so safe for kids and dogs and there is off road parking and storage for roof boxes and bikes. Highly recommended.

The cottage was perfect for us.

It was spotless clean and we had everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable. We cant think of anything negativ. We had a great time in Dorset.

Beautiful cottage in a fabulous location, with just the most friendliest neighbours.

We have already recommended and will most definitely return. Thank you

Lovely cottage, spotlessly clean and very well equipped.

. Ideal spot for exploring the area with lovely views both from the cottage and garden.

The cottage was very clean and well equipped for us all, including a secure garden for our dog.

We enjoyed lots of lovely walks in the area as well as delicious meals, in village pubs, within 15 miles of the cottage. We would highly recommend this cottage for a peaceful and relaxing holiday.

Owners were able to get the cottage ready for us with less than 24 hours notice after another booking we had made was cancelled.

I'm now glad that they cancelled because I wouldn't have found this Gem! Beautiful cottage, fully kitted out, modern interior, perfect location (secluded but not out in the sticks), friendly neighbours, quiet village and a stream running outside the front provides a tranquil background noise.

The cottage was fabulous and if possible we will return.

Had all the facilities you would need and plenty of space plus a pleasant outdoor area and such lovely neighbours. Perfect base to discover the stunning Dorsey countryside and coastline - make sure you visit Cherries cafe in West Bay, the Anchor Inn in Burton Bradstock and the super cool pizza place - The Parlour.

We had a fantastic stay.

The cottage was super, well equipped and stylishly furnished. The neighbours were really friendly. The location is peaceful and central to all the main Dorset attractions. We didn’t want to leave!

The cottage has a lovely modern but homely feel to it.

We had everything we needed on the doorstep. Beautiful places to visit and glorious sunshine. We couldn't ask for more. My family and I were all really happy with it and feel that it certainly has the wow factor. My daughters 12 & 13 loved their twin room and how it was beautifully furnished. The fire alarm was a little too sensitive and we set it off a few times but that could be my cooking.

Absolutely loved our stay at this cottage.

We have stayed in many cottages as we have a dog and I can honestly say this has been the nicest. It was immaculate and very comfortable. Everything you needed was thought off. Even down to toothbrush / phone chargers! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Brilliant value. Wish we could take this cottage on all our travels ! Sykes Cottages were spot on with all their communications too. Would happily book again.
