Complaint submitted to the owners who did reply but failed to even mention main issues, ie banging, scaffolding and dog smell. Also submitted complaint to Sykes who have not even acknowledged my message, even after two emails from me (hence the mark of 1). Surely, under these circumstances, we should have been notified of disruption and given opportunity to cancel or stay somewhere else.
