The property

Tucked away in a delightful setting within the owner’s substantial detached property is this self-contained, first-floor apartment, The Moorings.

Beautifully presented throughout with an idyllic outlook at the rear, The Moorings welcomes families and their canine companions for a refreshing break to the popular seaside resort of Bournemouth.

Upon arrival you are greeted by a designated, off-road parking space for one car, whilst additional roadside parking can be found nearby.

Head upstairs and through the front door, discovering the spacious lounge/diner, complete with a TV, spacious sofa bed and access to the private balcony where you can enjoy your favourite tipple whilst listening to the birds sing.

Head into the kitchen and start working on a hearty dish, making use of the electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge and freezer, before popping on the dishwasher to help with the cleaning up!

Take yourself to the shower room for a freshen up before choosing between two neatly presented bedrooms to catch your rest; the master houses a king-size with zip/link beds whilst the second room offers two singles.

Bournemouth makes a great holiday base, providing a tasty selection of eateries, convenience stores for your essentials and independent shops for you to browse at your leisure, and there are also several local theatres, the Russell Cotes Art Gallery and Museum and scenic walks along the West Cliff Zig-Zag.

At night, the town becomes a lively hotspot with comedy clubs, theatres, casinos, and plenty of establishments to catch live music, or you can simply laze on the beach until the sun goes down.

Head to Poole and see the fascinating museum, tuck into a picnic on the harbour park or sample superb local cuisine at the Rick Steins restaurant or Lazy Jacks Restaurant and Bar.

Book The Moorings for a delightful retreat to Bournemouth, whatever time of year.
