The main living accommodation is arranged in an open‑plan living space, bringing together the kitchen, dining, and sitting areas into a central hub for the stay.

The kitchen is equipped for everyday self‑catering, while the dining area provides space to enjoy meals together before settling into the sitting area after days spent exploring the Dorset countryside.

Within the living hut there is a bathroom fitted with a bath and walk‑in shower, completing the available facilities.

The sleeping accommodation is set within two separate external huts, comprising a hut with a double bedroom and a further hut with a twin bedroom.

This distinctive layout offers a degree of independence for guests and adds to the character of the stay.

Outside, guests can enjoy a private garden with furniture, providing space to sit out and make the most of warmer days.

Ringstead Bay in Dorset is an unspoilt pebble beach on the Jurassic coastline surrounded by striking cliffs and farmland. The original village mentioned in the doomsday book no longer exists, but there is now a small vibrant community nestled at the back of the bay in a variety of unique houses. You can enjoy walking the South West Coast path or meander through the woodland walks, whatever your preference this is a gorgeous place to be outside. When you are ready to explore further afield, you will find Lulworth Cove and Durdle door a short 11 miles away and Weymouth with it’s beautiful beach and plentiful restaurants and cafes 7 miles to the west. The Bovington Tank Museum, Monkey World Rescue, and Tyneham Village all offer varied and interesting days out just a short drive from Ringstead, presuming you can tear yourselves away from the unspoilt beach.

Please note re dogs: Up to 2 dogs welcome but please remember that these are relatively small
spaces therefore no dogs are allowed in the sleeping huts and if your dog gets wet or muddy, we ask please that you to wash them and then allow them to dry in the outside kennel provided before they come into the main hut. If you are unhappy with these house rules then the Orchard may not be suitable for you.

Please note: The entrance from the parking area is on a bridge over a small stream.
