Rose cottage is beautiful.

Set among other thatched cottages in the village the atmosphere is that of country village life. The cottage itself is well maintained by the owner, being very clean and obviously loved. we were lucky to have a sunny week which allowed us to sit in the large garden, surrounded by birds and the odd squirrel. The peace and the surroundings all add to a very relaxing week. we loved our stay and will book again without hesitation. I should add the owner, who we met, was very obliging and obviously cared greatly that we had a relaxing and carefree week. A big thankyou to him.

This is a lovely large cottage in a perfect location.

Easy access to the coast, and some delightful walks straight from the cottage. The garden is beautiful, and the owner was very responsive to a couple of issues that cropped up early in our stay. It would be nice to have a chair or stool in the king sized bedroom - and perhaps another lamp in the sitting room. But overall, this is a welcoming and lovely place to stay and explore the delights of Dorset.
