The Chef opened the restaurant to bring high-quality seafood to the town of Weymouth. That has led to the destination becoming one of the best foodie hotspots in the South West.

Focused on providing delicious food at affordable prices, Mitch Tonks has been a regular on Saturday Morning Kitchen. 

Since opening the restaurant, Mitch Tonks has contributed to job opportunities and bringing new tourists to the region.

His inspiration for the Rockfish Weymouth restaurant comes from childhood memories of fresh fish being a Saturday tradition. He has used this inspiration to start a new era of sensational seafood restaurants in Weymouth.
