“Brilliant place to stay in Christchurch, close to all amenities.”
Parking can be a bit challenging - we parked in the Leisure Centre car park, but limited to a maximum of 24 hours - so ended up parking in the car park during the day and parking on Bridge Street overnight for free ( from 5.30pm to 10.30am) - parking could potentially be a major problem during peak times. There is unlimited free parking on the outskirts of town, but you are unlikely to find a space as they are very limited and we could not find a space at any time, even in February!

Property owners could not be more helpful in any way.
We could not find the instructions for the cooker, or find a cheese grater! - but apart for these minor details the cottage was amazing and we would definitely stay here again (but not in peak season due to the parking issues).
