The three-storey home, Kiama, is perfectly situated in the popular resort of Weymouth and offers views of the Dorset coastline.

Kiama is the perfect starting point for a trip to the Dorset AONB, located near a variety of shops, restaurants, the beach, and attractions, whilst enjoying breath-taking sea views overlooking Sandsfoot Castle and Garden.

Park up and unload your belongings, before entering the property, where you'll firstly discover access to the garage, a utility room with a washing machine, and a convenient cloakroom.

As you ascend the stairs to the first floor, you will enter a wonderful living/dining area with plush seating, a wall-mounted TV, and a balcony from which you can enjoy the sun setting over the water.

Cook up delectable meals in the well-equipped kitchen/diner with the aid of a gas hob, electric oven, and dishwasher for convenience.

As the night unfolds, rest in one of the two bedrooms on the second floor, which include a double with a TV and a twin, both of which have access to the bathroom.

Enjoy your morning coffee on the patio before heading to Portland from Weymouth on the Rodwell Trail.

The golden beach of Castle Cove is also on our doorstep, where you can also meander through Sandsfoot Gardens, before visiting the West Dorset Heritage Coast and arriving at Chesil Beach.

A variety of attractions await in the town itself, including Sandworld, SEA LIFE Centre Weymouth, Weymouth Beach, Weymouth Harbour, and RSPB Lodmoor.

Prior to visiting the Dorset Museum or Kingston Maurward Animal Park and Gardens, work on your swing at the Came Down Golf Club or explore Maiden Castle, a well-liked trekking destination.

Experience it all at Kiama.
