After parking your car in its underground spot, take the lift or stairs up to the third floor to discover the penthouse, furnished to a high standard and boasting all the modern conveniences required for a comfortable stay.

Enter into the light-filled sitting room, where the vaulted ceilings make this a spacious spot and the large patio doors allow a seamless integration of the outside in and ensures that you can soak up the views of the marina from all angles of the room.

Cosy up on the leather sofa to delve into a good book, flick through the channels of the TV or simple marvel at the stunning views with a glass of wine in hand.

Joining the space is a formal dining table, where you and your loved ones can relish in some much-needed quality time together over a tasty takeaway or a delicious home-cooked meal.
