    “Wash basin hot tap loose.”

Toilet very slow to fill. Boiler very noisy had to shut doors when it was running on the evening. Patio door was hard to open & close, difficulty in locking & unlocking. All windows were very dirty on outside, had obviously not been done all winter, plus some double glazed units had blown. In the evening, the TV would switch itself off in the middle of the program we were watching. All windows were very dirty on outside, had obviously not been done all winter, plus some double glazed units had blown. In the evening, the TV would switch itself off in the middle of the program we were watching. The duvet on the double bed was far too thick so we had trouble sleeping..an all seasons duvet would have been better so we could choose the warmth level. It was ideally located for lovely dog walks. We had a lovely meal in the pub which was walking distance. The area was really quiet, no traffic noise, dogs barking etc etc .

Thank you for your feedback, we are pleased you enjoyed the area and made the most of the local walks. It is a shame you did not report any of these issues during your stay as we would have been able to arrange for them to be rectified swiftly. We have since addressed the points you have included.  We hope to welcome you back to Dorset in the future. Property Owner

About the location

WEST LULWORTH

Wareham 9.1 miles; Weymouth 14.7 miles

West Lulworth boasts some of the most dramatic geological features on the Jurassic coastline and arguably the most photographed locations in the UK. Lulworth Cove and Durdle Door sit at the heart of this area and really are a must see. Lulworth Cove has many little café’s and beachside shacks serving local seafood, ice cream and other delights, as well as several restaurants and pubs from which to choose. There is an Lulworth estate information centre which offers an insight into how the cove and Durdle door were formed and Jurassic history of the region. If you tire of Cove and cliff top walks then Lulworth Castle is a short drive away and offers another glimpse at some more recent history, along with Tyneham Village, and Corfe Castle. This is a really special area and the village retains a lot of it’s thatched cottages and has a real air of a rural retreat.

Please note: The woodburning stove is not in use.
