About the location

West Lulworth

West Lulworth boasts some of the most dramatic geological features on the Jurassic coast line and arguably the most photographed locations in the UK. Lulworth Cove and Durdle Door sit at the heart of this area and really are a must see. Lulworth Cove has many little café’s and beach side shacks serving local seafood, ice cream and other delights, as well as several restaurants and pubs from which to choose. There is an Lulworth estate information centre which offers an insight into how the cove and Durdle door were formed and Jurassic history of the region. If you tire of Cove and cliff top walks then Lulworth Castle is a short drive away and offers another glimpse at some more recent history, along with Tyneham Village, and Corfe Castle. This is a really special area and the village retains a lot of it’s thatched cottages and has a real air of a rural retreat.

Note: There is a refundable £150 good housekeeping bond applicable for this property; this will be refunded, subject to a satisfactory check after your departure. Note: Off road parking bay measures 3m x 5m depth. Note: First basket of logs provided for the fire. Note: Welcomes one well behaved dog.
