    “Lovely property.”

Spacious, light, slightly quirky. Comfortable furniture in living room, very comfortable beds. Great views especially from upstairs, back garden not as steep a slope as we expected. Spacious, light, slightly quirky. Comfortable furniture in living room, very comfortable beds. Great views especially from upstairs, back garden not as steep a slope as we expected. Details didn’t mention that outdoor seating is provided which would have saved us bringing our own! TV is better than expected but has a strange sound system that prevents it being muted! Downside are the steps down to the property. Those from the drive are very challenging for those with limited mobility or greater age. It would be possible to rebuild them to make them more longer and less severe. Entrance from front gate is better, although again the last 2 steps could be made easier. Step into sun room is very big, and could easily be made much more user friendly. Steps into garden from back door also severe and could be rebuilt to make easier. Showers were very difficult to control, and very difficult to regulate, either too hot, or absolutely cold! Having said that though, we would definitely come back, because the pros outdo the cons by a good margin, and we thoroughly enjoyed our 2 weeks there.

Thank you for your thorough review. I have now added the information about the garden table and chairs to the listing. I’ve obviously never tried to mute the TV as the absence of mute is a new one to me. When we get in the house next we will investigate. I agree with you that the steps from the garage to the front door and the back door to the garden are steep. However there are alternative, less steep steps to access the front door and the garden. Your suggestions about rebuilding the steps would be prohibitively expensive. We will investigate the shower temperature mechanisms when down next. Property Owner
