The property was in great decorative order and looked nice.

The beds were comfy and the space was great. The drive was unusable and caused my daughter's car to start burning out the hand break and clutch. Although the kitchen had good quality equipment it was quite basic. My granddaughter has food allergies so we eat in a lot. There were no salad bowls, salad servers child friendly plates etc. That is an oversight as it is a family sized property. The toilets did not look clean due to the amount of timescale in each of them and there wasn't toilet brushes in the bathrooms. The shower was the biggest disappointment. It was a dribble and either scalding hot or cold. We couldn't let the children use it for safety reasons

A nice place to use as a base to explore the coast of Dorset.

Parking was fine. The accommodation was well laid out and clean. A real benefit is walking distance to a beach and lovely gardens at Sandsfoot. We would definitely return
