We have used this property since 2011 the time to get in is now a joke as we travel 5 hours to get there only being told you can’t enter until 5pm but you must check out at Dans time The cleanliness is a joke we moped the kitchen floor on day of arrival as I spilt my bottle of milk The water was as black as anything the bathroom sink doesn’t keep the water in drain’s away this has been reported since 2011 plus furniture need’s renewing as it’s old and very dirty also could do with a lick of paint there is still marks on the bedroom wall that was there in August 2021 This house and garden can be made very modern if it was well maintained

The property

The Pines is a modern end of terrace property which is situated in the highly sought-after Maltings area, an ideal holiday base for Weymouth's harbour and beach.

This well-presented property has the advantage of a large patio and stepped garden area (toddlers will require supervision) and is perfect for families or couples.

The ground floor spacious living area is very comfortable with views and door to the garden, if you like – you can dine outside and breath in fresh air. The bedrooms are equipped with spacious wardrobes for all your garments to be put away safely from your luggage. The property lies within a three-minute walk from the Nothe Gardens and Fort.

The fashionable harbour with its varied choice of eating venues is a four-minute walk from the house.

From here you are given the opportunity to explore all the interesting craft and antique shops on your way to the hub of Weymouth town and the Georgian Promenade.

The beach with its shallow waters invites young children to splash around and make sand castles while the sea gently caresses the soft golden shore.

Weymouth offers entertainment for all ages; the Pavilion features top Artists during the summer season and the various beach attractions will keep your children amused from dawn to dusk.

It’s a lovely holiday home for families with children to enjoy.
