We booked through Booking.com who referred us to Sykes with every issue. The apartment was damp, so much so the smell made my wife and I feel ill. The shower cubicle had mould, 2 of the bathroom tiles were cracked. The bed base had thick dust where it hadn't been cleaned properly. The soil pipe from the toilet was filthy.
