    “Lovely cottage.”

Think it could benefit from some better lighting as it was difficult to read at night. Very friendly and helpful owners and Nelly was lovely. The garden felt safe for our dog.Great location in a very pretty village

Private parking greets you as you arrive, then enter through the oak door and at the end of the garden on the right-hand-side is Carnotze.

Then step into the open-plan living space, where exposed beams and a mixture of woods and textures add a welcome to the abode.

The kitchen area has enough to make simple meals a breeze before setting off on a day of adventures.

Dine at the dining table while you plan your itinerary, and after dinner, sink into the L-shaped sofa and unwind.

When it is time to rest, the double bedroom invites you to snuggle up; and when you awake, there is the ensuite shower room to offer you a space to freshen up.

Make your way to Weymouth for an excellent selection of eateries and walks along the West Dorset Heritage (Jurassic) Coast, or head inland to Dorchester, the historic county town.

Longer drives will take you to the Cranborne Chase Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and the New Forest National Park where picture-perfect walks and outdoor activities can be enjoyed.
