    We have already booked for 2023!. The refurbished bathroom and new furniture has made a huge difference to the ambience of the apartment. The shower is a definite plus for us oldies. ...

    We have already booked for 2023!. The refurbished bathroom and new furniture has made a huge difference to the ambience of the apartment. The shower is a definite plus for us oldies. Before staying in Newtons Cove View we stayed at another apartment in the block, we are both convinced that the very awkward parking space now designated for apartment 20 was apartment 18, the number sequencing also suggests this. I can only surmise that a resident has swapped places. The parking space is almost impossible to exit with large cars parked in 18 and 21, only negative.

The property

A very stylish and spacious apartment located in the Admiral's Quarter, a development of mews houses, town houses and contemporary apartments. Situated on the upper ground floor, this wonderful apartment benefits from partial sea views from the sitting room, through the trees towards Newton's Cove.

Newton's Cove View has touches of luxury with solid bamboo floors, granite worktops in the kitchen and high-quality furnishings.

With full length windows in the sitting room diner, it is lovely to watch the sun rise over the cove whilst enjoying a morning cuppa.

The bright, spacious master bedroom is the perfect place to wake up feeling refreshed, ready for a day of adventures.

The second bedroom is just the place for the children to sleep well.

The property boasts a modern bathroom.

Based next to the beautiful Nothe Gardens with large open grassed areas, tall trees and attractive walks overlooking the coast, it is the perfect place to enjoy an afternoon walk after visiting the Nothe Tavern for a tasty meal.

A short stroll down from the apartment, leads you to the attractive Brewers Quay and Hope Square, which gives you many choices of dining opportunities, many have outside areas for an alfresco dining experience during the day or on a warm summers evening.

Strolling on through Hope Square, leads you to the pretty harbour side with its array of fishing boats and luxury yachts, offering a colourful and lively scene to enjoy.

As you cross over the bridge to the town centre, you are welcomed with a selection of well-known high street brands as well as quaint little lanes housing quirky independent shops, and local delicatessens.

The main beach, which is well known for its long golden sands and shallow waters is the perfect place to relax in the summer sun and enjoy the sea air. Situated in a great location, Newton’s Cove View is an ideal place to stay as a family or a couple of friends, wanting to enjoy the seaside town.
