The property

Set in a fantastic location for a self-catering holiday next to another holiday apartment, this second-floor accommodation with wonderful sweeping views of Weymouth Bay and the main beach is a real delight. With a wonderful vista from your lounge and bedrooms one and two this apartment has breath taking scenery for all group or a large family to enjoy.

With a separate kitchen, dining room and sitting room you will have plenty of space for all to relax after a day out. The garden to the back of the property is shared with apartment on the first floor.

The property accepts two well-behaved dogs, so you can play with them on the lawn whilst others enjoy a drink or have a picnic. Immediately outside the property is the promenade and a walk here at any time of the day is a pleasure; in the early morning or out of season you can enjoy the quiet of the beach and hear the swell of the waves, on sunny days you can enjoy the atmosphere of happy families and in the evening as the sun goes down you can catch the last of the warning rays.

The beach outside the property has shingle and sand and wide shallow waters, perfect for a paddle or swim.

Just a minute's walk away is Lodmoor Country Park which covers 350 acres and encompasses a children's park, pub and restaurant, Sealife and mini golf which make a wonderful day out for the whole family to enjoy.

Weymouth offers a holiday for all ages and all tastes - sailing, windsurfing, cliff walks, bird watching, golden sands and a magical harbour – it’s your choice.

Gourmet restaurants, coffee houses and family eating venues are all nearby within a walking distance.

As the property is set on a quieter side of Weymouth close to Greenhill gardens, it’s just a few minutes’ walk from all attractions in the town centre. Weymouth Bay apartment C is a wonderful retreat for families or group of friends looking for a place close to the beach with wonderful far reaching sea views.

Greenhill, is a pretty region of Weymouth notorious for it’s pretty pastel beach huts, beautiful gardens and pebbly beach. The beach at Greenhill is the perfect option for those seeking a quieter beach day away from the hustle and bustle of the traditional sandy beach day activities. There are a choice of beach side cafés as well as a pitch & putt that is adjacent to tennis courts. There are many Georgian houses which front onto the seafront and esplanade, along with many other historic buildings, enjoy the variety and extensive sea views as you stroll along the seafront. It’s a short 10-15-minute stroll from Greenhill into Weymouth main town centre, where you can find local independent shops tucked away in the side streets, surrounded by many high street favourites. Greenhill is the ideal location for people who want to be close to the centre without being in it.
