    “We were aware there would be stairs, as it was an upstairs flat we were not expecting 31 stairs on a wooden spiral staircase, this would be very difficult for anyone with even slight mobility problems, as fit 75 year olds we both found it challenging and it should be highlighted to future guests.”

    The kitchen was a big disappointment, we arrived to find the dishwasher with crockery and cutlery still in it, also it was disgustingly dirty with a lot of food in the bottom, badly stained and obviously had not been cleaned in a very long time, as a result a lot of the crockery and cutlery needed washing before we could use it hence we did not use the dishwasher, although we did not need the washing machine it was in a similar dirty state. Fortunately the heating was efficient as the fire ...

The position of the apartment was perfect, and useful to have the garage, but we would not use it again due to access and cleanliness.

Gorgeous second floor apartment with boasting sea views in the popular area of Weymouth near Lodmoor RSPB. Sleeping four people, it is a perfect retreat for couples or a small family wishing to be outside of all hustle and bustle of the town centre, but still close to shops and the main beach.

Step outside, lay down on the beach and relax in the sun, have a swim and forget about daily routine.

In the evening walk the Esplanade to the town centre and visit the popular local amenities and watch how beautiful Old Harbour looks after the sunset. Start your day by sipping your morning tea or coffee by the window in the master king size bedroom and allow yourself to admire the views reaching the Isle of Portland through the window.

Listen to the sound of children playing in the twin room and get ready for a day out in a comfortable bathroom.

Take a break after a day spent outdoors, get comfy on the sofa or watch a romantic movie with the light of electric fire place. Explore the Weymouth town centre, visit Nothe Fort and Gardens where children can play, and you can have a picnic.

Take a Rodwell trail which follows a disused railway line which is now a green paradise for wildlife.

Further along follow the South West Coast path which will take you to the wonderful sight of Sandsfoot Castle and Portland Harbour.

Take a bus or drive with a car to explore the beautiful and unique Isle of Portland with famous Portland Bill lighthouse and explore quarries now turned to nature reserves.

GREENHILL

Greenhill, is a pretty region of Weymouth notorious for it’s pretty pastel beach huts, beautiful gardens and pebbly beach. The beach at Greenhill is the perfect option for those seeking a quieter beach day away from the hustle and bustle of the traditional sandy beach day activities. There are a choice of beach side cafés as well as a pitch & putt that is adjacent to tennis courts. There are many Georgian houses which front onto the seafront and esplanade, along with many other historic buildings, enjoy the variety and extensive sea views as you stroll along the seafront. It’s a short 10-15-minute stroll from Greenhill into Weymouth main town centre, where you can find local independent shops tucked away in the side streets, surrounded by many high street favourites. Greenhill is the ideal location for people who want to be close to the centre without being in it.
