Shepherd’s Barn, is just as it’s described online.

It’s in a beautiful position, with views over grassy hills. It’s very quiet but you can get to places easily. There’s no light pollution and when the sky is clear, you have a marvellous view of the stars at night. There’s an enclosed garden at the rear which is ideal, if you have a dog or young children. The Barn was very clean and had nice linen and towels. The pillows were especially comfortable. I can definitely see why people re visit Shepherd’s Barn.

Well worth the money and the long drive from Manchester, We stayed in many holiday lets over a lot of years, from the tree lined drive to the vaulted ceiling, everything was lovingly cared for, the whole grounds are totaly fenced and well maitained, and its a heck of a lot bigger than it looks in the photos,

No issues at all - plenty of space, quiet rural location and loads of places to walk the dog.

Handy for both Dorchester and Blandford Forum. Comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen.
