We had a lovely family holiday to celebrate my 90th birthday.

The barn is very well equipped and has large reception rooms and all bedrooms are en-suite, plenty of room for a large group. The garden is small but has a lovely pool and a great games room, it would benefit from having more sun loungers and umbrellas there is very little shade on a hot day.

Amazing property, so much living space, the bedrooms are great with their own bathrooms.

The kitchen is well equipped, the outside seating area is lovely, the heated swimming pool was amazing the weather wasn’t great the week we were there but we could still use the pool. The local pub is friendly with good food. The house is great for large families/groups. Sharing the pool wasn’t a problem at all.

Full of character in a lovely location. Well equipped with everything we needed plus a few lovely surprises. Owner was super helpful and friendly as I was arranging a birthday weekend. Local pub 2 minutes walk and fresh eggs next door. Pool was warm and clean. What more could you ask for. We had a lovely couple of days.

We spent a wonderful week at Manor Farm Barn to celebrate three family birthdays at the end of April.

Twelve adults, 1 toddler and three dogs. The house is a great size, well equipped and in a lovely location. Plenty of great trails for walking the woofers, and a super local pub (very nice food and local ale). The owner was always on hand to offer help or advice. A great host, who recommended outside caterers for the birthday banquet. Highly recommend Christine & Lam (Lam's catering) if you are a fan of Chinese cuisine. Truly wonderful.

We really enjoyed our stay at Manor Farm - we arrived to a lovely bowl of fresh farm eggs as well as Easter treats for the kids which was really appreciated.

The team at the farm were all very friendly and accommodating, and we all really enjoyed being on the farm and being able to chat to the animals etc. The house itself is spacious and inviting, with room for everyone. It was lovely having the kitchen table to eat at and the dining table, as well as the veranda outside (we were able to eat out a few nights as we had such great weather). The pool was brilliant on the hottest day of the year so far, a really nice size. On the colder days we lit the fire and were all very cosy. Just some points to bear in mind: the sound insulation between floors is practically non existant, so for anyone wanting early nights, it's better to choose rooms that are not over the living room, as the TV can be easily heard. There are plenty of rooms to choose from though, so this wasn't a problem for us. It's a well used house and it shows - again, this wasn't a problem for us, but I think at some stage soon, some updates will need to be made, mattress's, sofa's etc, might need a bit of love fairly soon! Bathrooms were basic but plentiful which was great for us. All in all we really enjoyed our stay, the house was easy to live in, we didn't feel constrained in anyway - for a large multi generation gathering it was great. One issue was that there was no salt, pepper or oil at the house, which I think may have been an oversight, but I do feel that for self catering accommodation, that should be there, or at least highlighted if it isn't. We were grateful for the dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid and other basics, so it felt odd that there was no salt or pepper. Vicky supplied us with fresh eggs throughout our stay, which we loved, so thanks very much for that!

Plenty of space for everyone. A great place to stay with a large family or lots of friends.

Though we thoroughly enjoyed our time spent there we felt this year was quite expensive for Midweek March 2026.

The kitchen is well stocked and more than adequate. In general the property is a lovely house with lots of original features. However the lounge although large and spacious, the settees were very uncomfortable. They have obviously reached their sell but date and need replacing soonest.

The accommodation was spacious and comfortable and perfect for our large family group.

The games room was an added bonus. The owner was helpful and welcoming. This is our 3rd stay and we would certainly consider coming back again.

This is our 9th year of staying at Manor Farm Barn and the neighbouring Churn House for our annual craft weekend, and the 15 of us had a wonderful time.

The owner was quick to address the minor issues we had (we needed more chairs in the games room, and a couple of the rooms were lacking coat hangers). Despite the wet weather we managed some short walks in the village and enjoyed a couple of meals at the local pub.

It was perfect for our large group, everyone got an en-suite which is rare when trying to book large houses. The house had everything we needed and more, the games room is fantastic. I'm sure the swimming pool is incredible in the warmer months. The host Vickey was so kind, I have stayed in many places over the years and she is the best host I've experienced. We would love to return, I highly recommend Manor Farm Barn.

We have just returned from a New Year stay at Manor Farm Barn with friends.

There were nine of us altogether, along with our three small dogs. We enjoyed a very relaxed break and also visited the local pub for lunch on New Year’s Day. The house offered plenty of space for our group, and the games room was a lovely addition which kept us entertained for a few hours. On arrival, the property appeared generally clean, although on closer inspection we did notice lots of dust and also mould around several of the bathroom windows. There were also a few minor maintenance issues, such as a kitchen drawer missing parts and a freestanding fire without a stand. One of the en-suite bathrooms experienced a drainage issue, but this was dealt with promptly after contacting the owner, Vicki, which we appreciated. We did find the house quite cold at times and felt that additional heat sources may have helped to keep the property warmer, given its size. We located an extra fire in a cupboard, which was useful, although it did need propping up due to the missing stand. Overall, we felt the property could benefit from a more thorough clean before our arrival and a little general upkeep to bring it to its full potential. For a group of our size, a second television in either the kitchen or games room would have been helpful, as not everyone wished to watch the same programmes. A more generous welcome basket would also have been a nice touch, only milk and sweets were provided - particularly in light of the cost of almost £6,000 for the four-night stay.

Absolutely beautiful property, perfect for a big group.

The kitchen especially is a real feature and we spent nearly all of our time there. It's huge and really well-equipped. The other great feature is the games room and the full size snooker table - fantastic. The location is lovely and we did some beautiful walks straight from the front door. It's also nice to be on a farm with lots of animals around! There are aspects of the property that are a bit tired but all in all, a fantastic place that we would definitely rent again.

Really enjoyed our stay the farm and facilities are prefect for the area allowing always having something to do and to spend special family time together.

The house could do with some TLC 2 showers do not drain well and mould in showers and cleaning on the surface is good but when you look closely lots missed . But we would go back as we did have a good stay

We had the best time at Manor Farm Barn.

It is very conducive to family time together in terms of the large living room, the kitchen diner and the adjacent formal dining room. The little ones enjoyed the farm animals and the big ones enjoyed the games room. It's a very warm house, so dress in layers. We therefore didn't need to light the log fire which was a shame but all in all a fabulous stay.

We found Manor Farm Barns very comfortable and a very interesting building.

It had a lovely feeling to it and was in a very picturesque setting. Lovely local pub and easy access to lots of interesting places. The actual farm was a lovely addition to the holiday as we did not expect it to have so many types of animals in residence and it was lovely to go and say hello to them each morning.

The location of the house is absolutely wonderful and its layout, games room and pool is absolutely fantastic.

However, the property was much more disheveled and worn than shown in the photos and needed a deep clean. The kitchen in particular needed a clean, with a dirty oven and hob, crumbs inside the drawers and dirty utensils. One of the bathrooms had not been cleaned, with toothbrush stains still on the shelf. Furthermore, a lot of the furniture was broken and needed fixing or replacing.

We had a great 4 night stay in late April and all were very happy with the choice we made.

All rooms were comfortable and tastefully furnished. The kitchen had everything you could possibly want and was big enough for everyone to sit around a table or you could use the dining room or the lounge for relaxing. The games room was awesome but because of the lovely weather during our stay we didn't get to use it much as we were outside around the pool. Would highly recommend a stay here.

We had the most wonderful stay at the Manor Barn and there was ample space.

Everyone in the area was so friendly and accommodating we had the most perfect weekend. Vicky was the perfect host and the communication was excellent. We all highly recommend x

We had a wonderful time at Manor Farm.

All is as described and went beyond our expectations. It's a beautiful space with everything you need for a very comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully equipped making it possible to rustle up large meals for a crowd. The sitting room with wood stove was really cosy on a winter's evening, and the terrace outside was perfect in the sunshine. We had great fun in the games room too! We all appreciated how lovely and warm the barn was and the crisp sheets and fluffy towels in the bedrooms. There were so many thoughtful touches - flowers, shortbread, milk and tea. The hosts were extremely accommodating, welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed it so much that we've already booked to visit again next year! Thank you, Vicky and family :)

I had read the reviews of Manor Barn Farm before booking and thought surely it can't be that fantastic-it was!

From walking into the hall with a real wow moment, to the huge lounge, kitchen and dinning room to the comfort of the bedrooms and the delights to all having ensuite facilities and then the fun in the fully equipped games room-we didn't want to leave! We had a full house celebrating my birthday and we fitted perfectly. We self catered and all that we needed was there or arranged. It really was the most perfect of houses to celebrate in, giving us plenty of space to enjoy each others company, in comfort and in somewhere that was a little bit special. We will be back. Thank you.

We enjoyed a delightful three days at Manor Farm Barn.

It was perfect for our large family gathering having a spacious, well equipped kitchen, dining room and sitting room.The bedrooms were comfortable and it was great to have en suite bathrooms. The games room was an added bonus and the piano too! We loved the farm animals around the barn and found some great local walks. The owner Mrs Booth was very friendly and helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The wood burner in the sitting room made it very cosy although perhaps didn’t pump out quite enough heat for the size of the room so the older generation of our family wore their coats! However despite that we would all definitely love to come again!

A really splendid farmhouse to suit all ages.

The swimming pool was a particular hit with everyone as the temperature was enticingly warm. We were unaware that the holiday let on the far side of the house shares the pool, we were happy with this but it is not for the farmhouses’ sole use. Lots of ensuite bedrooms which again suited all ages including a bedroom on the ground floor, useful for people less able or dog owners. One thing to mention regarding dogs, there are hens in the farmyard which are ‘free range’ and do, also the sheep/donkeys/alpacas and horses are adjacent to the yard. We really appreciated the three huge dining tables, kitchen, dining room and in the covered outside area overlooking the pool plus two smaller tables by the bbq. The games room, again shared, was well used by the teenagers, table tennis, snooker and air hockey, particularly when the weather was less kind. If we had any 21st century gripe, it was the broadband speed which at times was glacially slow. With teenagers, and two adults having to work at times, this was an irritation. All in all a wonderful farmhouse and we would certainly recommend it for families.

What a perfect house for a large family get together.

We didn't have the warmest weather, but because the pool is heated we certainly made the most of it, and the well equipped games room too. The house had everything we needed, and the flowers, chocolates and milk in the fridge on arrival was a lovely touch. The website pictures were obviously taken with all the lights on, and a little while ago, because the house was much darker than we expected, but then it is an old milk shed!! There are so many light switches, and dimmers but we muddled our way through working out what switch did what. The lawn isn't as manicured as in the pictures, and we did ask for it to be cut, which it was the following day. The bedrooms were comfortable and clean, with lovely fluffy white towels. Sonos music system was great... we all enjoy music playing in the background. We had to ask for someone to look at turning one of the bathroom radiators down, and that was dealt with very quickly. Outside, the chickens, donkeys, alpacas and sheep were wonderful for our youngest family member ( 20 months), in fact we all enjoyed chatting to the donkeys!! All in all, it was just the ideal place for us to spend such quality family time together, BBQ's in the evening, lots of games and just generally lots of fun!!

Enjoyed our second visit to the barn.

Lovely weather so we made good use of the pool. Everything we needed was there and a problem with the lighting was sorted straight away. Vicky was very welcoming.

We have had a "cracking" Easter break with family (including small children and infants) at this wonderful property.

It is exceptionally well equipped, clean and comfortable with plenty of space to accommodate all members of our party. Games room and swimming pool was a great hit with all. Children loved the farmyard animals. Tranquil setting, but within easy reach ( by car) of all the attractions that the area has to offer. Nothe Fort is amazing!! The lovely owner is very responsive to messages, and exceptionally helpful. Thank you for the goodies left in the kitchen Mrs Booth. We loved them!!

An opportunity for a family gathering of ages ranging from 3 years - 69 years for a long weekend.

The space was amazing, a very well equipped kitchen, plenty of seating for our party of 12, the bedrooms we used had comfortable beds and plenty of hot water for showers/baths. The games room opposite was a huge hit with everyone as were the animals and chickens; fresh eggs were a bonus along with the welcome items. Would say very rustic but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A walk around the village was a joy, everyone we came across stopped for a friendly chat. We had Sunday lunch at The Oak just down the road from the property and the food was delicious; we pre ordered due to the large number in the group and the pub were very accommodating and again very welcoming. Our 3 year old visitor said he wanted to stay as, like the rest of us, he loved running through the muddy puddles in the yard.

Hired in conjunction with Churn Cottage for a weekend away with a group of friends.

This was our 7th year here. As always everything was perfect and Vicky the owner made us so welcome. Of course we'll be back next year.

Rustic, charming and cosy but spacious property for Christmas get together.

Family loved it.

I've just spent 6 nights with family and friends at the Barn.

Everything was just as good as the listing promised. it was a real luxury to have the heated swimming pool which we enjoyed. The games room was extremely well equipped and was a real bonus for us and used at some point every day. The bedrooms and beds were comfortable. We spent a lot of time in the large kitchen which again was well equipped. Vicky was a very accommodating host even changing some of the bed linen when we had a swop around of guests. The pub just up the road was very good too. Would thoroughly recommend.

We had the best weekend!

It was a very special time for us as a family and it couldn’t have been more perfect! We all loved the barn and of course the pool and games room went down very well! It was immaculate from top to bottom! Extremely spacious, accommodating all 14 of us easily. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed for our catering.

We couldn’t fault it for our requirements. The owners were very easy to communicate with, and the fresh eggs such a treat.

Solid 10/10, there were 14 of us and the holiday home catered beautifully for us.

Lots of space, bedrooms comfy, the games room was very well utilised. We wandered into the village one day and went to the local pub for Sunday lunch - beautiful food and lovely small village atmosphere, there was even a pub quiz on the Sunday evening. The home owners look after the house very well, they checked in on us, offered fresh chickens eggs and dropped off extra dishwasher tablets when needed. The house although big is very warm, we all brought warm pjs and none of us needed them! We’ve already spoken about booking again for next year. Lovely house in a small friendly village.

Nice pub literally five minutes walk. Lovely dog walks with friendly locals willing to give advice on routes. Perfect for families to get together for special occasions. Games room made it perfect.

This was a lovely property with lots of amenities set in a gorgeous little village.

The owner was there to greet us on arrival and available for any questions we had during our stay. Overall, very nice!

We had an amazing time.

The games room was fantastic, so we’re the bedrooms. The beds were really comfortable. The only little down side was we found the sofas in the main living room to be extremely uncomfortable. We felt they were past there best. That said we had a great time. The rest of the facilities were fine. Thank you once again. Linda

We we're a group of 15, it was the first time we, as grandparents, managed to bring our 2 sons, our daughter and all there families together, the house split up perfectly to accommodate each group, it was such a fun time had by all, the Grandchildren had space to play inside and out, we were welcomed with biscuits, sweets coffee tea and more including wine for New Year, it could not have been better, Thank You for helping to make special Memories held precioue for ever.

Highly recommend this Manor Barn for any family/friends holiday or celebration.

It offers very comfortable beds for sleeping after enjoying walks in countryside around and competing in Games Room, which was a bonus for us with 3 generations of family. The owner checked we were happy with everything on our arrival and very kindly left goodies for us. All family sorry to leave, but hoping we can revisit in summertime to use the pool.

What a lovely property.

It had everything we needed. Well furnished, but we spent most of the time in the kitchen!! Little touches on arrival, beautiful fresh flowers, biscuits, chocolate, milk. A very well equipped kitchen, only one small grouse - the cooker could do with a clean, it smoked when in use. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Maintenance request met very swiftly. Handy for the pub, which we would recommend. The games room was an added bonus. A good time was had by all. Fabulous property.

The facilities are excellent and the pool is a huge asset with the children. Mrs Booth was very welcoming and we appreciated the fresh flowers on the dining room and kitchen tables as well as the box of biscuits and fresh eggs. An idyllic stay in a most spacious and wonderful building in a tranquil village close to Dorchester and the amazing locations of Durdle Door and Lulworth Cove. Everyone we wanted for a holiday was well met, and would definitely go back. Thanks again Vicky. Lovely pub just 5mins away too.

We had a fabulous holiday in a lovely converted barn with a superb shared pool and would love to book it again some time.

There were several leaking taps and showers when we arrived but full marks to Vicky Booth who arranged for her plumber to attend, albeit on our last full day, to replace the kitchen mixer tap, one shower, 2 taps and a ball valve so future guests can enjoy a terrific property.

We have visited the property three years running with my Rotary walking group so we knew it was the perfect property and location for the family celebration recently enjoyed by all.

Sad to say, whilst it is still marvellous it needs some TLC rather badly. The kitchen tap dripped and dribbled constantly whilst the provison of bin bags and tea towels was totally inadequate for our purpose as there was always rubbish to bin and wahing up to do. Out side the ground floor bedroom the light bulb had failed and on examination the shade was incorrectly fitted. I could only find a single candle bulb in the property to replace it with. Most of the showers were reported to be weak and seem badly in need of descaling. The carpet in the family room was full of dog hairs and I felt that the cleaning had been skimped throughout the building. Given the price charged such tiny details should not give cause for complaint; they're not exactly difficult things to rectify. Otherwise, we had a wonderful time.

Lovely house, plenty of room.

However, most of the showers could do with a de scale and some didn’t work very well. The ground floor bathroom seemed to be kitted out for people with difficulties, several grab-handles were in place, but why a bath? Shower curtains would be a good idea, so that one could stand in the bath and not have to sit - difficult with bad knees. My main complaint is the kitchen. 2 bin bags for 14 people for a week. Even worse, one j-cloth and one tea-towel for a week. We had to buy all of these things, which, for the price is not on. We also had a dripping tap on arrival in kitchen, which, by the end of the week was no longer a drip. (Not good in these times of drought). We were reassured several times that a plumber was hard to find. I had already spoken to someone at Sykes and the owner about a “store cupboard”, i.e. salt, pepper, oil, etc. And was told that yes, all that sort of thing was there. Well, no, only empty containers and hence another trip to the shop! Should those things be standard for the high price being charged? I notice that several people have mentioned the lack of cleanliness and I’m afraid I have to agree with them.

The house size is fabulous, but needs a good thorough clean and a bit of TLC considering the rental price.

Fantastic property: great pool, amazing games room, loads of space and brilliantly appointed.

We stayed at Manor Farm Barn for a weekend on 30 April 2022.

The property was amazing, Vicki was superb, she met us when we arrived and there were flowers, and chocolates waiting for us and she gave us some fresh . She answered our query about the Key for the doors to the garden immediately. The accommodation was amazing, all the bedrooms were very comfortable and there was plenty of room for the 13 of us. Games room superb, lots of outside seating and tables.

Parking area very good, lots of room in the barn to spread out for different activites. Lovely to see the new born lambs plus donkeys alpacas and chickens. Brilliant to have The Oak pub within a few minutes walk and superb meals and service. The owner was very helpful and timely answering our queries and we enjoyed the lovley fresh eggs.

Property interior space and location was fantastic.

Games room was brilliant, even if the snooker cues are a bit warped! Only negatives would be the lack of toilet roll in the property/obvious store of extra rolls, and the hand held showers in several bedrooms, with a lack of curtain is a bit of an inconvenience, but the positives of the property outweigh these. The only real reason why we wouldn't return would be the 10am checkout on the Sunday. This is far too early to be able to enjoy the property to the maximum, and makes the cost of renting which is already a lot, not feel like you are getting your money's worth as it's less than a day and a half in the property itself which is a massive shame. A midday checkout would solve everything and would probably make us look to rebook in the future.

This was our fifth visit and already booked for next year. Lovely village pub for Sunday lunch. Nice walks from the property.

Beautiful House, everything you could ask for.

Just one little thing, would be nice to have shower curtains in the Bathrooms

This place is ideally situated for our family to get together, and has a bedroom layout that matches our needs, so we start well pleased.

The rest of the property is spacious and airy with a well equipped large games room that our children and grandchildren greatly appreciated. The large kitchen is not only good for preparing meals for 14 but suited us for more informal eating too. Mrs Hooper was friendly and allowed the family the opportunity for collecting eggs as well as meeting the sheep, donkeys and alpacas.

A beautiful spacious property, really well designed, and perfect for a crowd of 15!

We were absolutely delighted. The property was really warm when we arrived, which was so welcoming. The kitchen is huge, and we spent most of the time in the kitchen. The games rooms was perfect and used a lot too...We had a fabulous time, and hope to re-visit. There was plenty of parking for us all. There were beautiful walks nearby, so our dogs were happy. We dined in the local pub, which is only a 3 minute walk away, and there is accommodation there too, if more than 15 guests. I would have found a floor plan really handy for allocating rooms, but this was a really minor issue, because we were SO happy with the Manor Farm Barn. It was utterly charming, the living room is HUGE too so we enjoyed using this room to chillax. Can't recommend highly enough...We were a group of mixed ages ranging from 6 years old to 80, but everyone was happy! The house was extremely user friendly too. Wifi was good. It wasn't mentioned in the advert, so we were happy that was there. Thank you SO much to the owners, we had a great weekend in November!! There are chickens, sheep, donkeys, and alpacas in the field opposite, so a real country experience!

We had an excellent stay at this fabulous accommodation with the shared pool and games room an absolutely winner.

The house is kept warm and has excellent bedrooms, and we loved the kitchen/dining space and spent most of our time there, although there is another dining room and lounge to use. A magnificent hallways too. We enjoyed the farm animals that reside next to the car parking space which is ample and although a very quiet location the pub food at the Oak was lovely. Our hosts resolved an issue we did have double quick and were lovely, warm and welcoming. Definitely recommend.

Fabulous place for families and friends to catch-up.

We had a chilled week. The couple who own the house were very friendly, went out of their way to make sure everything was ok for us. Everyone around the village is very friendly too. Had a great stay!

We were rather outnumbered by flies, mainly in the kitchen and although there is a fly catcher, this is far too small and needs a more efficient one.

We realise that this is natural that some flies would be around near animals and accept this of course but they were a pest. Also we could have done with some egg cups. All in all these were the only complaints we had. Otherwise excellent.

A perfect spot for a long-awaited family reunion.

The children loved the heated pool, we all loved the space and the farmhouse ambience,the eggs, and would have no hesitation in returning. Thank you very much Vicky!

We had a lovely family stay.

The Games Room and swimming pool were a god send as weather was not brilliant. The owners were lovely and very helpful, and the fresh eggs were a bonus. It is fair to say the furnishings are a little tired but having had 3 dogs there we never felt overly anxious about them being in the house. Overall was a great holiday and will definitely be back :)

The house is in a very small village which meant we had lovely ( and safe, not much traffic) walks every day with our elderly mother.

The chickens, donkeys and alpacas were a big plus, especially for groups with small children. The house was spacious and very clean, and the kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed lunch every day in the covered area which overlooks the pool. We’d definitely stay here again!

Lovely place for a great staycation, whilst keeping safe with COVID-19

Wonderful holiday at Manor Farm Barn, facilities were brilliant, our children and grandchildren loved the heated pool and watching the 2 donkeys, sheep, llamas, cockerel and chickens.

Very helpful owners... the eggs, biscuits and fresh flowers were appreciated! The flies in the kitchen and lounge were a nuisance, maybe due to hot weather? Sticky tape/ spray as deterrent? 2 garden benches a bit worn and rickety, seats need replacing. Great games room. Lovely, spacious living areas.

Excellent owners who went beyond the norm to make us welcome and were always available if required.

Very well laid out accommodations and facilities. Even allowing for Coronavirus, Dream Cottages were a nightmare to deal with and totally unorganised.

The property was fantastic, really clean and well presented.

The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of pots and dishes for entertaining and catering for large groups. The lounge was super warm, cosy and sociable with enough room for everyone to relax together. The bedrooms were lovely and every room has an en suite which is great. The games room is a bonus and large enough for groups to have some fun and games together. The property was really cosy for the colder weather but we’d love to come back in the summer and make use of the pool! Thanks for a fabulous weekend. Would highly recommend this property.

A beautiful Large barn set in Idealistic surroundings.

Facilities were brilliant either the games room lots to do and local pub meals were excellent.

Had such a lovely weekend for my brothers 20th.

4 kids included but plenty to keep them busy with all games there. The kitchen was so well equipped. Only problem was the underfloor heating was way too warm, so didn't have a fire at any point as we were all roasting. Otherwise it was perfect and loved from 7 year old to 60 year old

We were welcomed by the owner after we arrived to make sure we were happy with the property.

the owner also helped us find a caterer for Sunday lunch. There was plenty of cooking equipment, cutlery, glasses and mugs which helped with a large party. There was plenty of room meaning although we were a large group, we were not on top of each other.

We had a wonderful weekend in this beautifully converted barn.

There were Christmas decorations and fresh flowers. The whole house was very clean, warm and comfortable and very well equipped. The games room was a real bonus too. A great area for exploring and a very friendly pub nearby. We are hoping to go again next year.

WE HAD A WEEKS HOLIDAY AS AN EXTENDED FAMILY OF 15.

FACILITIES WERE EXCELLENT,THE CHILDREN IN PARTICULAR LOVED THE SWIMMING POOL WHICH WAS REALLY WARM. THE UNDERFLOOR HEATING ON THE GROUND FLOOR KEPT EVERYWHERE WARM AND COSY FOR SUCH A LARGE BUILDING. BEDS WERE VERY COMFY, CANT WAIT TO REURN ANOTHER YEAR.
