We were surprised to be instructed not to overuse the dishwasher, to be ECO friendly. This missive was quite bizarre, given the minuscule washing up liquid provided, one J cloth, one tea towel. I have visited many Airbnbs with my dog, and never encountered such parsimonious behaviour. I do not mind bringing coffee, tea, sugar, bread, milk, but have never thought to include fairy liquid, tea towels, kitchen rolls and J cloths.
The property details clearly state that the enclosed River Cottage garden is easily accessed through the courtyard. The photos clearly show that the garden is paved and gravelled not grassed.
Of course there is no objection to regular use of the dishwasher, it is just advisable to be aware of ECO issues for obvious reasons. Tea, coffee, milk sachets, biscuits, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets and cleaning cloths are part of the complimentary package which you should have received.
